Located 5 minutes from the center and the beaches of Ile-Rousse, this outbuilding of around 50 m2 with a large exposed terrace on the sea side with a view, consists of a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, and a living room / kitchen, with convertible sofa bed, dining area and TV.
The awning terrace is equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. Small mobile charcoal barbecue.

The kitchen area is equipped with oven, hob, fridge / freezer combination, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils and dishes.
The bathroom (shower and sink) is equipped with a washing machine. The toilets are separate.
Household linen provided on request.

Wir verbrachten mit unserem Sohn für 11 wunderschöne Urlaubstage (bei meist über 30C) in Ile-Rousse.Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit guter Klimanalage und zusätzlichen Deckenlütern in beiden Zimmern. Es gab ausreichend Steckdosen (5 je Zimmer), eine gut ausgestattete Küche inkl. Putzmittel und einiger Gewürze, Fenster und Türen habe einen guten Schallschutz. Die anliegende Straße ist bei geschlossenen Türen kaum noch zu hören (Nachts gering befahren, bei offenen Fenster sind einzelne Fahrzeuge recht laut).Die Terasse war ganztägig im Schatten und so für alle Mahlzeiten geeignet. Die zusätzliche hinter dem Haus gelegene Sonnenterasse habe wir hitzebedingt nicht genutzt. Abend wurde es angenehm kühl. So war Durchlüften ohne Klimanlage möglich.Das WLAN war auf der Terasse und im Wohnzimmer ausgezeichnet im Schlafzimmer etwas schwach, was wir mit unserem Reiserouter gut ausgleichen konnten.Die steile Auffahrt ist Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig, mit etwas Übung keine Herausforderung mehr. Das Auto konnte direkt vor der Terasse parken. Fürs Tor haben wir einen Funksender erhalten.Wir konnten oft Milane beobachten, die teils nur wenige Meter entfernt über uns hinwegflogen.Mit dem Gastgeber haben wir uns gut auf Englisch unterhalten. Er war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps zu Ausflügen, Stränden und Wanderungen gegeben.

Au top.Emplacement, contact et…. L’aide apportée pour notre pneu crevé. Seulement 1/2 journée pour régler le problème. Le logement est très bien placé que ce soit coté mer ou côté montagne.Merci Maurice.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 10 giorni in agosto.Ci siamo trovati molto bene L'appartamento è piccolino ma molto confortevole ,c'è tutto quello che serve per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax... e del divertimento . Il proprietario Maurice è stato veramente gentile e simpaticissimo,sempre disponibile ha persino organizzato barbecue con musica.Lo consiglio!!!

Très bonnes vacances

Nous ne connaissions pas la corse, le.proprietaire Maurice nous a conseillé pleins de beaux endroits, la maison est très bien avec un extérieur agreable, elle est située à 5 min du centre ville et de la plage, je conseille cet endroit en famille

Good solution for Ile Rousse

We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay. The appartment is offered everything what we needed and is very spacious. The owner was very friendly who helped us out with every wish we had. Thank you for everything :-).

Agreable et bien situé

Logement sans prétention mais bien équipé et spacieux dans un environnement très vert, suffisamment loin du centre pour être tranquille tout en étant proche des plages et commerces de l'Ile Rousse, ou dans l'autre direction accès rapide aux villages de la route des Artisans . Sentiers de randonnées directement accessibles à quelques centaines de mètres.

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti in questa casa pagando una cifra spropositata per quello che offre: la casa non era adeguatamente pulita, priva di acqua potabile, un bagno cieco e senza aspiratore che si è allagato alla prima doccia.
