We had such a wonderful stay! The villa was gorgeous and in such a quiet part of Seminyak, yet only a 2-3 min walk to a wonderful local coffee shop, and less than 10 mins from the hustle and bustle of the flea markets. The beds were really comfortable, and everything we needed was in the villa. The main bathroom was amazing! And Ketut was an absolute delight. Our pool guy was also really friendly. We would highly recommend the villa.

Good location.

The house was nice. Amenities were sparse. No soap in the dispensers at sink and shower. There were no blankets (couldn’t find any in room either) on bed only a sheet and it got too cold with A/C. The location was good and in a fun area.

Our Stay

I was overall impressed with our villa, the only two improvements I would suggest is that you could supply one or two days of necessities. Such as tea, coffee ,milk maybe some fruit or breakfast for the first day . After traveling many hours to get there the last thing you want to do is shop , the only things available in the villa was cold water and a few coffee pods. Secondly the timber decking was in need of repair and I got two splinters . Overall I would recommend staying at the villa ,it is well situated and ver comfortable. Regards, Sandra

Hi Sandra, thank you for your response and your opinions. In principle there is coffee and tea on each arrival, it's a shame, you should have asked Madé the cleaning lady. The terrace is made of old wood, which also makes the charm of the villa maid I will do what is necessary if it is necessary to plan a plank of terrace. I find you rather severe in your rating of 4 stars out of 5 because as a reminder you had a check-in at 11.30AM when you should have waited 14.00 if I had to respect the rules. Also remember your negative attitude about waiting 15 minutes at the airport for my driver while your plane was early ! Best regards, Rachel

The place was great and exactly as the pictures , in the heart of Seminyak , many of shops and restaurants near by and 5-7 minutes walk to Ku De Ta , the pool was great and spacious , the cleaning staff was great and the cleaning lady made sure that everything was spotless , the Smart TV, and Netflix account was a great touch and was very useful during rainy days where we couldn't get out , a 24 hours shop was also 2 minutes walking distance was a saver to us at late night. Rachel was a great host , she waited for us and blocked the dates while we hesitated to come to Bali ( the volcano was a big news at the time of the booking ) , also her driver waited for us at the airport for more than 2 hours ( Because AirAsia lost our baggage and they have terrible costumer service ). Overall , a great place and a great experience and would definitely recommend the place to my friends.

Villa is not as pictured

They let my family checked in early due to flight being rescheduled to fly earlier by the airline, so that was really nice. But after that started going down hill, the villa is rundown and not even close to the pictures, the villa was hot even with air conditioning inside bedrooms Which we have to turn off when we were out so when we come back from tour it was so hot and unbearable. There were dirt inside the bath up in one of the bathroom look like poo that never got cleaned as long as we were there so we never use it. The cleaning lady making a very big drama and fuzz because one of my family opened both gate to get our big luggage out during check out, she said we re not supposed to open it because there was a problem with it, but the way she acted was very unprofessional and over the top. Fridge leaking water a few time all over the floor. Overall it was disappointing.

I have to respond to your comments because this is completely false. Already look at the other comments and you will see that you are unfortunately lying. During your stay you did not respect any rules. You did not want to leave on time, which made you angry, the other guests arrived while you had not left the villa because you were sleeping with a lot of alcohol in the villa. I complained about this to Abritel. You are really dishonest to post a comment like that because you don't respect the work of the staff. Not exactly new or luxurious

Overall this place is not bad - good location and seems more reasonably priced than surrounding villas. The bigger issue here is this is certainly not a new or luxurious villa as advertised. Many items are broken or in need of repair. For example several of the glass doors leading outside are either stuck, missing latches, or have been bolted shut (presumably because they are broken). In this case it means the downstairs gets very hot as only a few of the doors open and instead of a cross breeze there is more of a green house effect. Likewise one of the bedrooms downstairs door gets stuck on the ground when trying to open it. The family room furniture is basically useless if you want to actually enjoy sitting in it as they are also broken and the back separates from the bottom so you cannot lean back. These are all things that could be fixed pretty cheaply and quickly so the overall impression is that the place has kind of been neglected and not invested in. Really nothing in this villa screams luxury at all because of this. Another example is the upstairs bedroom where there is no real separator between the bathroom and the main bedroom so that the toilet is just kind of front and center. Gives off prison cell vibes. Again - not really luxury. All of that being said the location is good if you want to stay in Seminyak. The price is pretty reasonable when you look at surrounding villas (that are new and luxurious). So seems like you get what you pay for?

I come to respond to your comments because many are erroneous. The doors are in very good condition, in order not to get hot, it is best to leave them closed, that is why they are closed. All the objects and furniture were checked and everything is in order, there was only one chair that had to be replaced. During your stay, you were not friendly with the house staff, which is deplorable on your part, you wanted to arrive before and leave after the indicated times, which is not correct and which put you in danger. anger. Eine kleine, feine idyllische Villa inmitten eines Villenviertels von Seminyak

Die Villa ist sehr privat und von den umliegenden Villen oder der Straße nicht einsehbar. Die Villa ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sowie Supermärkte und das Meer sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt sogar eine Bäckerei (Baked) mit leckerem „echten“ Brot. Die Hausmanagerin Ketut hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, sie macht einen sehr guten Job. Bei Anliegen hat sie sich immer direkt, wie auch die Verwalterin, gekümmert und die Kommunikation war schnell und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank!

Mooie villa in een uitgaanscentrum en vlak bij strand

De villa lag in een mooie omgeving als je van alles wat houdt, strand , restaurants en barretjes . Op de villa is niets aan te merken want het was schoon , ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien . Als er een kritische noot te plaatsen is dat het bed waar geen bodem onder zat en de luidspreker deed het niet . Ga er zo weer heen 👍
