A romantic getaway cabin at a value price. Get 5 star service at value pricing when you stay at Hanky Panky managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals. An en-suite heart shaped tub in the first floor suite creates a romantic environment. The lower level game room features a pool table. While this cabin is the perfect for a romantic getaway, a futon is available in the lower level game room and accommodate two kids.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Great communication with host. I had trouble getting into the place when I first arrived. I reached out to the host via text and they responded quickly about the manner and was able to resolve it. We really loved how quiet the area was. Each homes in the area were gorgeous and we were making future plans to come back and stay with them again! Love the hot tub was a great amenity to use while it was crispy cold during our weekend!

It’s okay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a place to stay. I thought since there were so many cabins in the 200 dollar a night range that they would be nice. Well the Hanky Panky was not what I expected. To start they don’t warn you about the double switch back you have to go up. It was raining when we arrived and in a 4wd truck I barely made it . It is also single lane . Once we got there we got unloaded all looked good . Once we went to tune the tv on the cable box does not work on the top floor so we had no tv for 5 days that kinda sucked. The water pressure is non existent . Hot water in the top shower also was lukewarm at best. Pictures are presented to show a beautiful back yard and no neighbors. We had noisy neighbors directly to the left of us and a busy road behind the cabin. The freezer must be broken anything we put in it would burst or get frost bitten fast from being way to cold. Limited toiletries and cheap ones that are provided. Broken lamp that was left so when I went to turn it off it fell apart. It did have a nice out door jacuzzi . The inside one took about an hour to fill due to the low low water pressure. I will not stay here again as there are so many more options. Lesson learned is to get the address before you booked the rental. Parking also was a joke. You have to use a different cabins drive way to be able to turn around. Had a propane grill so we went and bought food to grill come to find out it was out of propane . Inside didn’t seem to be cleaned very well with all the cobwebs left . Bed was clean and felt good . Drive to town was good. Check out is very early at 10 am

They say they drain and refill the hot tub after each stay. Sadly within 48hrs of returning home, both of us had Hot Tub rash. The Hot Tub has not been cleaned and treated properly.
