Fully furnished throughout, this spacious townhouse includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows, and bed coverings. This private townhouse also includes a cozy living room with comfy sofa and seating area, HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, and private access.

Enjoy the tropical island theme throughout the home as you enjoy the full kitchen to create your island inspired meals or your tropical island beverage. Enjoy the fresh Kauai air and island skies by stepping out onto the lanai, where you’ll see and hear a variety of local birds soaring in the wind just steps from your sliding glass door.

This complex features a heated community swimming pool, hot tub, and a barbecue area for you to enjoy after a long day of adventures you may encounter while here on the island. Beautiful setting in a spacious townhome

This was a lovely stay with spectacular green views off the balcony. There were a few items that need attending to: many lights were out, especially in the entry way, no cutting board or frying pan (that we could find), and the master bathroom smelled damp, like there is mold or had been a flood. Overall it’s a spacious home, abutting a disc golf course and regular golf course, with beautiful views!

We would have gladly assisted you had we known you had a problem with operating them. We also would have replaced the cutting board and frying pan, and any other items reported to us as missing. Family house on the edge of Princeville

This place has two master bedrooms with lovely tropical furnishings, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a pool noodle, a pool nearby, and gorgeous views of the jungle and the mountains behind. Kids loved catching chameleons outside. The pool is up the road. The road to Hanalei is closer than other Princeville properties for easy access to other communities. The walk to Queen’s Bath or to the shopping area are both under a mile and nice; bring cash to buy mangos or flowers on the way if they’re in season. The downstairs master has a king bed and a huge area big enough fit pack n plays and has a tile floor. The upstairs master has a queen bed and a bamboo floor. Both have their own balconies onto the jungle, with privacy. The bedroom by the front door has I think a double bed and bamboo flooring and sleeps pretty warm. That bed is a little creaky in case it matters, but it’s pretty far from other bedrooms. This place was great and I would definitely choose it again.

Our initial(2days) was terrible - we had to relocate from initial property because of inadequate housing - no AC ,poor and old condition of rental and loud roosters from 3:30 AM ,but the 2nd location was phenomenal- location (gated),condition and space -superb amenities and quiet -perfect and AC Jonathan was very kind and gladly helped us by changing from our initially booked rental after 2 days Thank you
