Recently remodeled, cozy and cute, 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom lock-off apartment in a private home just a few blocks from Main Street Frisco as well as just 5 minutes to Copper Mountain, 10 minutes to Breckenridge, 15 minutes to Keystone, 30 min to Vail. It's super comfortable, you will feel like you're at home. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles or one vehicle and a trailer under 25 feet long.

Outdoor deck and grill, with a 4 seat patio area with gas fire pit to eat and have drinks while you watch the sunset over the Rockies.

Queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin over double bed in the 2nd bedroom, sleeps 5 in beds. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals or walk/bike to many local restaurants. Other amenities included are washer and dryer, 50" 4k flatscreen smart TV, high speed reliable Internet and desk/workstation. This apartment is on a quiet cul-de-sac; it's not a crowded condo complex but a private entrance to your own space. Work or school remotely from Frisco. Max 5 occupancy.

Newly installed outside EV Level 2 charger, 3.3 KWh. Use of charger is an extra $5 per day.

$130 Cleaning Fee applies once during your stay. NO PETS and NO SMOKING of any kind (including MJ).
