Our 35th Anniversary Trip

We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary here and could not have chosen a more perfect place! We loved the location, the peaceful sound of the creek from the back patio and our bedroom, cozy evenings by the fireplace, and the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to enjoy our evenings dining in our own private place. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo-it made our milestone celebration truly special! The WilkinsonsLouisiana

100 mile hike

This property is an absolute must! The stream behind the property is such a magnificent place to just sit and listen to nature. It really is a shame you only have 5 stars in your rating range. Absolutely a perfect place to just disappear for a few days and forget your troubles. We will definitely be back.

Lovely Setting

The place is very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The only negative was that there were a lot of new age type statues and artwork. This may not be an issue for many, but just a note. I do appreciate that Alan allowed us to remove the items during our stay. Thank you Alan! And I hope we got them all back in the right place for you! Overall it’s a great place.

Beautiful comfy mountain home

Wonderful townhome a few blocks away from Frisco Main street. The house is very quiet, and the beds are comfortable. We picked the place for its kitchen which did not disappoint. It was very well-equipped and the owner left seasonings and all the basics (aluminum foil, baking paper, zip lock bags...) for renters to use. There is private parking immediately by the door and storage by the entrance for ski boots. Everything was very clean and in like new condition. Plenty of space for 4 people. Breckenridge and Keystone are only a short drive away, groceries are within a 5-minute drive. Highly recommended!

Felt like an intruder; not a guest

We liked the location to Main Street and the sound of 10 Mile Creek just off the patio. We didn't like: 1. Sharing the fridge/freezer space with the owner's personal food 2. The owner utilized closet space in both bedrooms. Little to no space for our belongings. Had to live out of our suitcases. No closet space at all in second bedroom. 3. Kitchen and bath cabinets and some drawers were filled with owner's personal items. 4. Only one ceiling fan in the entire unit. Overall, we didn't feel like guests, but that we were intruding on the owner's space. Maybe other visitors wouldn't find these things as a problem. Very disappointed.

Hi Paul, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-We regret that this guest felt dissatisfied. We provide several empty drawers in the main bedroom, along with ample closet space for hanging clothes, which has always met the needs of our previous guests. However, it seems that this did not meet the expectations of this particular guest. Despite our efforts to address the concern and offer assistance, we were unable to resolve the matter to their satisfaction.-The second bedroom closet is kept locked to store the owner's personal items, as we occupy the property about 40% of the time. Over the past five years, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting many guests at this beautiful property, and we’ve received consistent 5-star reviews with no prior concerns regarding storage space.Thank you for sharing your feedback!

Scenic and convenient

Beautiful property that sits just feet from the water. (Loved the back porch views and sounds.) Clean, comfortable interior. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and walking/biking trail. Owner was immediately responsive when we had a question. Truly enjoyed our time and hope to return soon!!

Great Location!

This property is perfectly located - a block off main street and right on a small creek - so it feels secluded. It was clean and just the right size for a small family.
