Great location and space for our needs during the stay. We loved the pool and hottub amenities and the ease of being close to shops and restaurants.Unfortunately some of the furnishings in the condo could use maintenance or replacement - bed sheets had permanent stains, some towels were frayed and smelled funny, and the couch arm and cushions appear to be severely damaged.

Price was good and location was excellent! Property was nice and clean, however the windows were full of bugs, would be nice to have the windows clean so when opened then didn’t have to worry about spiders coming in. The sofa was very old and worn a new one is in desperate need. The host was slower to respond than most but overall good communication. Would highly recommend but would be nice to have a new sofa.

It is a great condo and so close to restaurants and shopping. Tanya quickly replied to our messages. We had a little trouble with the lockbox checking in but a cleaner helped us get in and on the way out Tanya helped us for checkout. Yes, as I had read in the reviews, the couch is a little low but for us it was not a big deal. There are 2 nice chairs in the living room that are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my wife were guests under someone else’s account. . My and my wife’s issues were a very uncomfortable mattress that felt you were trying to sleep on a bunch of small pillows. The couch in the living room was absolutely deplorable, arm rest was destroyed and there was no support when you sat in it. I am 6’ 3” and when I sat in it my knees were level with my chin and my bum was probably about 3” from being on the floor. I happened to look behind the headboard of our bed and it was filthy, paper, dust and hair covered the top of the rug. In the bathroom there was red mold along the bottom of the glass from the back, and all the way to the door for the shower. I was not very happy about what we received for the money sent and would certainly not return to this property.

Nice accommodations

Very nice accommodations. We had a nice stay. My only suggestion is that the listing should be updated to state that toiletries are not provided, as we only figured this out when we found no soap or shampoo and we received no response when we asked about it.

Very enjoyable vacation

We had a great time in Regina at the condo. We rented 2 condos from Tanya and thoroughly enjoyed our time with our family friends. The pool in the complex was great for the kids, the condo is located within walking distance to all amenities and was all around a fantastic stay. Thanks to Tanya as well for quick and clear communication.

So we had a great repor with Tanya which was awesome the place looked well appointed but for a couple of us getting in and out of the low bed and low couch was a constant challenge. We needed to help one another up and out. It was otherwise very nice.

Everything was wonderful. I can give it to change the lockbox took quite some time to get the keys to fit and close. Still give it five stars.
