She Sells Seashells features 2,484 square feet and spans over three floors. This vacation home is tastefully decorated, with unique features including wood-look tile flooring, 10' ceilings, and an observation deck at a 40' elevation. You will also find outdoor speakers on the main balcony and more than 2,000 square feet of balcony on the home's multiple levels. Just download the Onyko app to enjoy music through these high-tech speakers. On the ground floor, a private pool and pool deck await you for a refreshing dip and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

With five bedrooms, everyone has a place to rest and relax. Find the primary bedroom with an ensuite on the second floor. This primary bedroom features sound views and has balcony access through French doors. The bedroom flows into the bathroom, where you can enjoy gulf views, a tiled shower and a large tub.

A floor below, discover the other four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The second bedroom is another ensuite, while the remaining three bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

The main floor of She Sells Seashells is an open-concept area with an abundance of windows, showcasing views of both the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf. Here, you will also find the fully-equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island and custom cabinetry. Girls Trip

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip of 14. We were all very comfortable and was very spacious with lots of seating. The private pool was perfect after a long hot day at the beach. We will definitely booking this property for our trip next summer.

Memories in the Sun

Everything about this home was homey to me and my family even though it had a lot of stairs my 74 year old mom managed to make it up and without stopping. The air on the top floor didn't work properly but the night breeze made up for it. My grandkids love the pool my grandson loved the rooftop sitting area and my mom and sister loved the swing

large house with good views

Overall this property was great for a group of friends to stay in - there was ample space for everyone. There were a lot of stairs which made carrying things up to the top floor kitchen a bit more difficult, but the views were worth it. Great pool and backyard area. I do wish the house would supply at least 1-2 other dish towels for the kitchen, some basic condiments, and shampoo/conditioners for guests as most of us were traveling by plane and it wasn't feasible for us to bring a lot of this stuff.

Great Experience!

Very nice home and conveniently located for all activities from eating to shopping to hanging on the beach. Lots of stairs but after the second day everyone was use to them . Also if you have kids and teens check the doors every night to make sure they are locked because there are lots of doors around 10 or 11. Overall a great experience and we will return next year. Spacious House with great kitchen and lots of deck space

The house was terrific and we had lots of room. The swimming pool was well maintained and a great benefit to our vacation. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for large family meals. The house does get a lot of traffic noise on weekend nights from Via De Luna Drive which may bother some but didn't bother me. My only suggestion is that the owner replace the queen size beds with king in the two larger rooms. There is plenty of room and it would be a great improvement.

Great property for a larger group!

We had 11 staying in this house. 4 adults and 7 kids. We all fit comfortably and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The place was spotless! The beach was a 3 minute walk down a sidewalk. The only thing I wish this place had was a hot tub!!!! The pool was too chilly for the adults to enjoy (I'm sure it was because we stayed in Oct.) One of the best features of the property was the "lookout" or deck on the roof! We spent TONS of time up there enjoying the view of the ocean on BOTH sides of the home.

Disappointing

We arrived early and ask to get into house, told that it would not be clean, but upon our arrival at 3:30 house ready, but locks on timer, no attempt to accomodate us. We came home from the beach on Wednesday afternoon to hang around the pool, my son sat in a chair by the pool and it broke cutting his sides as he came down and almost hitting his head on the block wall, we reported it and the response was someone would be out, we also reported the landscaping was unkept and looked terrible, when we left Saturday morning the chair was still there broken. The pool was dirty when we arrived pool guy did come 2 days later. I feel like there is no customer service and this group is just about collecting the money and not taking care of their guest.

Unfortunately we would not be able to let you in the house before 4pm as this is the standard check in time. This particular property owner does not approve early check in or late check out. We can confirm that you did call about the chair and we are so sorry about your son however the property manager had to order a new chair for replacement which took some time. We do ask guests to make us aware of any issues so we have the opportunity to have our local team quickly address and get your stay back on track as soon as possible. I do not see that landscaping and pool issue was reported in the many documented conversations you had with our team. While this does not make your experience better, we do hope that you allow us the opportunity to host you once more at any of our units along the Emerald Coast in order to show you a true Southern 5 star stay. Again, we apologize greatly for the effect it had on your vacation, but do hope to see you with us again soon.

Beautiful home with Great Views

Our family stayed during Christmas and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and decorated beautifully and the beds/sheets were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views were beautiful. The only downside were the many stairs, but we would still stay there again.

Only one issue, but was a big one for us

This is really a great property - we have stayed at several in PB, and this definitely ranked as one of the better VRBOs. Bedrooms are all large, clean linens, and the deck furniture was nice. The house is very well kept. The only issue we had was that while all the bedrooms had cable TV, the main living room did not - it was limited to a free APP. Our group of six had plans to watch a specific football game during our stay, and all of us crowded together in a bedroom was less than ideal and not comfortable. If TV does not matter to other guests, then I would highly recommend this house. It also rained quite a bit during our stay, and it would have been nice to not have to be in separate rooms to pass the time with TV when we could not be at the beach or at the pool. Only other issue - very minor - but one dishtowel for six people is just not enough. We used the dishwasher, but for daily pots & pans, there really should be more. Otherwise it really is a great house, and the pool was an excellent option to the beach. It too was very clean and well maintained.

Would 100% Return

Looks even better than the pics. Great location with panoramic beach views. Quick, easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space. We called about no propane for the grill, they sent someone out immediately. Two master bedrooms, a surround sound speaker system, multiple porches/decks and access to them. Just awesome. Cons or Improvements Could definitely use some mirrors and be sure to bring or buy while there, amenities such as hand soap, soap, tissue, etc. There was no soaps or anything and barely tissue.

Great Location and House!

Upon arrival the cleaning crew was still there for 45 minutes so that didn’t start things off great. Once they left we quickly realized that they didn’t really clean the floors they basically mopped over the sand. Once we unpacked and cleaned the floors, it was great. Everything else was very clean. I’m assuming they were in a rush and didn’t have time to do it all properly. The space is wonderful for multiple family with kids. The bunk rooms were great. The cleaning crew did tell us about two closet doors that were broken that they called in for us unfortunately they were in both kids’ rooms which wasn’t great for safety. Our kids are old enough and knew not to touch them but they should definitely be fixed as soon as possible. The view can’t be beat! The outside decks were amazing! The private pool was perfect and so nice to have at the end of a beach day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The fridge did have a part broken in it when we arrived but didn’t hinder anything. The only other issue is that we didn’t have enough hand towels or kitchen towels. They only had 9 hand towels. We had 13 people so that was a bit of a problem come time for showers. They literally had one kitchen towel. We wash the entire time we are at the beach but more towels for everyone to have one for showers would have made things easier. Overall the trip was amazing and we made great memories as usual. The short walk to the beach can’t be beat and we had so much space to ourselves! No crowded at all due to being in a house community with no condos around. Just a few minor issues but nothing that would stop us from coming back! Hope this is helpful to management of what could make things even better for their guests.
