Authentic, cosy chalet for an ideal family holiday

Location and activities: Superb view over the Briançon valley, calm, tranquility, optimal comfort in a neat decoration.
In winter the chalet is 5 minutes drive from the car park of the gondola Prorel (Serre Chevalier). 10 'Nordic ski, toboggan runs and snowshoeing (Cervières Le Laus).
In summer the location is ideal for hikers (high and medium mountains) but also for cyclists (col de l'Izoard, Lautaret, Galibier ...), for triathletes (ideal training for the famous triathlon of Embrun), mountain bikers and trail runners (running countless trails and trail station nearby). And also water sports, tennis, water park (play pool, waterslide, sauna, steam bath), ice rink, spots via ferrata.
A 5 'walk (by the forest) park of Shappe (small lake and river, tree climbing for all ages, small playground).
A 2 'from the city center with cinema, restaurants, small shops and supermarkets.
We are also at 5 'of the Vauban city for those who wish to admire the collegiate, eat ice cream in the gargoyle and visit the forts.

Tout simplement formidable ! Un hébergement splendide, décoré avec goût et très cosy. Pour la partie pratique, le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien qu'il s'agisse de la vaisselle, des matériels de cuisine ou du linge (toilette, lit, torchon) ! Et pour compléter tout cela un accueil personnalisé, chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous attendaient et sont restés à notre écoute tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce petit bijou !

Nice house, nice terras, nice vieuw

The house was big enough for 6 persons. It has a large terras with many tables and chairs. The bathrooms are a bit small, but they have everything you need. The kitchen needs work. The oven and heaters are a bit old and not enough space if you want to cook for 6. But there is enough space in the room besides the kitchen to put your own things. All the rooms are very cosy. And you get some friendly visitors (cats and dogs from the neighbourhood).
