The Space:
Caper beach #302 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a perfect beach View. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom, the spare bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom off of the hall, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This rental also offers a full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer, flat screen TV, and dining for 6. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The complex has a lovely communal pool right next to the beach, grills, seating, and a friendly relaxing atmosphere.
This condo is located in the northern middle part of the island. Far enough from the action not to be disturbed, but close enough to have some fun when wanted! Times Square is a 10-15 minute walk away. Here you can find the pier, live music, bars, restaurants, shopping, rentals, and more.
This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials around the property as a result of renovations after recent hurricanes.

All was great! One small thing: the left bedside table light in the front bedroom does not work. Also, it seems that all of the garbage bins are for recycling. We couldn’t really figure out where to put non-recycling garbage. Thank you for a great week!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and our view was amazing. The pool was nice also however I do wish it were a little bit closer to the building we stayed in. There was construction going on but it didn’t start super early and didn’t run super late so it wasn’t really a big deal at all. It also didn’t prevent us from doing anything. We would definitely recommend this unit and wouldn’t mind staying there again!

Been to this complex multiple times, feel it's the best on the island. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated nicely, though living room furniture very dated. Also, not the cleanest apartment we have ever rented there. Suggestions for additional amenities would include an alarm clock in the bedroom; a beach cooler; a room safe and new chairs on the lanai, as well as someone to double check the work after the room was cleaned.

Great view, condo needs updating.
The condo was in a great location. However, it was quite dated and there were no amenities. It didn’t even have a salt and pepper shaker. The beach chairs were mostly broken and rusted. Probably won’t stay there again.

Place was exactly as pictured. Very clean and great location - close to both the pool and beach. Grills and supplies in downstairs kitchen/lobby were a great add. Will definitely look to book here again next year.
The condo location was perfect! It's right on the beach and being on the 3rd floor you look out onto the ocean. The beach wasn't crowded which was great. The kids could pass the football without being in anyone's way. The condo was outdated but we didn't mind since we spent all day, everyday outside. They supplied beach towels, sand toys and chairs. This was great to not have to buy or pack all of that. Suggestions for the owners: pizza cutter, flipper (spatula) and new beach chairs. The beach chairs are rusted and on their last leg, but they made it. 😉 Also, maybe let guests know the check in office is not on the grounds, it's down the street. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to booking another trip.
Beautiful view & spacious..but in need of some TLC
The view is why we booked this condo and we were not disappointed with it nor the beach. The living room and dining room are comfortable as is the lanai. A couple issues with lights and the stool running non stop in masterbath. There are beach chairs but they are in need of upgrading. We picked up an umbrella at Costco as shade on the beach is definitely needed and we left it for future guests to have available. Some long term tenants can be a bit abrasive and kept watch on guests to make sure they belonged in beach area etc...was a bit of a turn off for us as we travel a lot and have not ever had this experience! Restaurants close really early this time of year so advise to plan accordingly. Trolley was a nice option to go to Times Square, Publix and Lovers Key state park. Worth the price for sure..especially the beautiful view.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The place is in urgent need of remodelling. The television in the main bedroom was that old that my 18 year daughter didn't know what it was? Lighting was very poor, showers and bathrooms were dreadful, the furniture inside the condo was dirty and needed replacing. The balcony furniture was old and broken. The place is very, very run down and clearly hasn't had a coat of paint in 25 years or so. They have a ridiculous booking system for beach chairs where people reserve them for the season whether they occupy the premises or not ? They then charged $40 for four beach chairs for the day The security is not required and makes you feel like you are in a prison. bed linen and towels again very old and need replacing. I wouldn't book this place again ...EVER !
