There are beach chairs provided in the unit, along with two chaise lounge chairs on the master lanai and a dining set on the front lanai.

The property had all the amenities that were needed for a great stay plus more. We did not want for anything. There were ample everything. Beautiful view, beautiful condo = great vacation!

This bright, comfortable condo made our stay a delight! The views from all of the windows are incredible, watch the sail boats go by and the sun set right from the condo. Walk on the beach to Times Square for shopping and restaurants or in the other direction to Bowditch Point Park and occasionally see dolphins playing near the shore. This home has everything you could possibly need for your vacation, the building and grounds are will cared for and the the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Marjorie, the owner was available if we had any questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Water views from every window!

My family had a wonderful stay at this Gateway Villas end unit in Ft. Myers. The condo is beautiful with a beautiful new kitchen and water views from every window. There are balconies off the front and also off the bedroom in back for a fabulous place relax and look at the water. We loved that we could walk to eat, shop, etc. with many different choices available to us. There is also a short walk to the park at the end of the island which had nature trails with many turtles--my son loved it! The best part for all was the large sandy beach stretching to the Gulf--and also the choice of the pool when we didn't want to get sandy! It was perfect. We loved it! Thank you!

Perfect condo

My friends and I have been renting beachfront condos for the last 18 years, and this one is by far the best! The water views from each room are amazing! This condo is larger than any we've rented before, and the owner has made plenty of room for all your "stuff", so that you feel like you are at home. The decor is simple and tasteful, very soothing colors. The condo is extremely well furnished, with plenty of glasses, silverware, dishes, cookware, towels - you name it. The building and grounds are all perfectly maintained, it's in a beautiful, quiet area of Ft Myers Beach in a gated community, yet within walking distance of Times Square. We all fell in love with this unit and have already reserved it for next year!

My sisters and I had a great time at the condo. It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the corner unit, and the building was very quiet. The beach and the pool were great! Security wasn't what I was expecting though, as the front gate was open and all the building doors were propped open the entire time we were there. Only needed a code for our unit.

Perfect Stay for Our Family Vacation!

Margie was so great, from start to finish! She’s very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Her listing is very accurate. The condo is the IDEAL location on the island and the beach- secure and ample parking, elevator, spacious and well stocked condo, water views from both bedrooms and GULF FRONT, quiet, less crowded beachfront, walking distance to Times Square (only drove our car to mini golf off the island and to Publix). When we return, this is the ONLY condo we will book! Margie’s condo has everything that you need. I’ve never been in a rental that was so well stocked, from beach gear (toys, volleyball, 5 chairs, 2 umbrellas, towels, etc.), bathroom (plenty of NICE towels and hand soap), plenty of comfortable seating and beds, and the kitchen was fantastic! She even has trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and dishwashing soap. I’m so used to having to bring all of that with us but not here! Nice and new appliances too! We loved the option to eat inside OR out on the screened in porch, enjoying the amazing gulf views. Washer and dryer too so no lugging your laundry downstairs and needing exact change for the machines. VERY convenient! I HIGHLY recommend Margie’s condo if you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, comfortable, and convenient place to stay while in FtMB with amazing views and GULF FRONT!

This condo unit was absolutely perfect!! First, the views are amazing! Second, the condo was clean and updated. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is stocked with everything you need. There are plenty of toys and beach chairs to enjoy a day on the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing! We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. I was hesitant traveling to the 6th floor multiple times a day but the elevator was very convenient and the views from this unit can’t be beat! We plan to rent here again in the future!
