*The Pool is open! It's time to dive in!*

107 c is a Beautifully decorated 1st floor (2nd story) beachfront studio condo with a perfect beach view. There is a king-size bed, a full walk-in shower, balcony full kitchen, tv, cable, and internet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The grounds at EBT are beautifully landscaped, you have a large heated pool, tennis courts, grills, outdoor seating, and several different beach access points. The venues within walking distance include restaurants, shops, a marina, and Lovers Key.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers.

Beach Getaway

Great property, well maintained, location on the beach was quiet. Well stocked with everything you could need in a condo. Very clean, lots of linens!

Overall a good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Any issues I had with the rental, there was no direct way to contact the owner/manager of the property. Email worked sometimes, provided phone number, "someone will call you back". The main corridor sure could use some TLC as this is the first thing you see when you exit the elevator. Overall though the stay was good. Great location. You are within walking distance of restaurants and a convenience store. Hind sight, I would have asked for a blank contract BEFORE I paid for the reservation and contacted the property for their list of additional rules.
