Gulf front one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. Property has high speed WIFI in the unit and has a DVR player.



The Space:

107C is a Beautifully decorated 1st floor (2nd story) beachfront studio condo with a perfect beach view. There is a king-size bed, a full walk-in shower, balcony full kitchen, tv, cable, and internet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



The grounds have a large heated pool, tennis courts, grills, outdoor seating, and several different beach access points. Nearby is a marina and Lovers Key.



* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *



Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat - Sat (from Christmas to Easter) NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
