THINGS TO KNOW

This building was impacted by Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise inside the building during the day to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Common areas are in the process of being repaired and there are also no beach chairs available. The pool is currently closed but is estimated to be accessible by mid-June 2023. The completion date is slated to be July 1, 2023, but may be delayed.

Management of the property Vacasa did a great job following up with request to fix items. We ran into problems with plumbing and access to TV during our stay. The amenties are in need of updating as they are very old and dated and showing significant wear and tear.

We enjoyed our vacation at Fort Myers Beach! The condo was extremely clean, modern, nicely decorated, and had everything that our family needed! The beds were also very comfortable, helping us to get great rest while we were there. We really enjoyed the view of the beach, and loved finding neat shells, sand dollars, and starfish! I highly recommend staying here!

Despite the hurricane damage on the island, Gull Wing Resorts property is in great shape. Our condo was great! We will definitely be back and stay here again! Can't wait!

Lovely property with great views and comfort

The setup of the condo is very nice with enough room to accommodate a family or friends group. Sleeping quarters/bathrooms are on either end of the lovely common area.
