Enjoy this bright, well-appointed, 2nd floor, end unit condo. The front open deck is a great place to enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee, as well as a cool place to escape the afternoon summer sun. The back screened deck overlooks the Collins Creek to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the coastal wildlife.

At this quiet location in Bethany Bay Resort, you can enjoy the pool, hot tub, tennis, 9-hole executive golf course right on the property, (fees apply) Plus, biking and hiking trails, and access for a personal kayaking experience. A short car ride can bring you to Bethany Beach, or your choice of the beautiful state park beaches along Rt 1.
The Living Room is equipped with a TCL Series 6 TV (55-inch TCL/Roku) Vizio Soundbar and Wi-Fi. The front bedroom has a 40-inch TCL Smart TV.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds and ensuite bath. Linens are provided.
This convenient location provides easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, and numerous choices of restaurants.

Great stay!

Super clean, bright, cozy, and convenient location. Nice and quiet complex with pool, and sports courts. Close to DE beaches and also close to Ocean City, MD & Assateague Island. Great time with our family of 5.

Calm place for 4th

We came across this place after our original travel plans for the 4th of July were cancelled. The place is clean and quiet, which was exactly what we wanted for the holiday. Glenn & Nancy shared check-in information in a clear manner and made the process very easy. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay near Bethany Beach

The accommodations were wonderful. The wonderful views of the sunsets, the cleanliness, the linens provided, everything! We had guests over from other properties in that same community who couldn't believe how nice our rooms were. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

We were very satisfied with everything having to do with our stay. The layout of the condo was great, and it was as clean as a whistle. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first! Great location, with a view of the water. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Due to Hurricane Erin, the beaches in Bethany were closed for a couple days so we were able to take advantage of the amenities in the community. My son and I played a round of golf on the par 3 course and we spent some time at the pool. Will definitely be returning!

Great family spot

Nice and clean, good location, used the pool and basketball court several times between trips to the beach. Two bathrooms and laundry very convenient. Also nice sitting area on both the front and back porch. Great place!

Cozy, quiet retreat

Overall, Glenn and Nancy ensured the space was meticulous and welcoming. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities you could want when visiting the beach. The community is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. When we decide to visit Bethany again, we will definitely look at the availability of Glenn/Nancy’s condo.

Great place!

My family was happy with the ocean view condo! The kids loved the pool and local beaches. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the back screened in porch.

Another Great Stay

Second stay at this perfect condo. Accommodations are super clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of 4 ( 17 & 20 yr boys). The community is quiet, safe and great for walking and great proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love this condo and the Bethany Beach area!!!

Nice summer break

Just Lovely

What a relaxing environment! The condo was clean and welcoming with lots of natural light. We enjoyed the abundance of wildlife off the back porch and beautiful sunsets! The community offered a great pool, which we all enjoyed and a very friendly atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean Condo with beautiful view

We would definitely stay at this property again when we come to the area. The condo was immaculate and in excellent shape. The owner was very accommodating and kept in touch with us regarding any of our needs. The community has a nice pool and paths to walk and you can play golf.

Beautiful Condo

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was immaculately clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The drive to the beach was short, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a playground for our kids! Sitting out on the back porch was a highlight of our early mornings and evenings. It was peaceful and we watched deer daily as they ate and rested. We are looking forward to coming back for another vacation!

Our family’s fourth trip to Bethany Beach- and this was the best one yet. The accommodations were 5 Stars all the way around- beautifully decorated, immaculate and comfortable, with everything you need for the perfect vacation including a peaceful view! And the owners were a pleasure to work with. A rare find- we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect vacation stay

This was the perfect spot for me, my wife, and another couple to spend a week in. The unit was spotless and included anything you would need. Passes for the pool were included, which we used every day. The location was great, with supermarkets, restaurants and the beach all within a few minutes drive. If we ever visit the area again, we would definitely stay here again if it were available. Thanks for a great time!
