Our community offers a plethora of amenities including a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, and boat ramp. Explore nature trails spanning 420 acres, kayak through White’s Creek, or enjoy a round of golf on the executive golf course. Bethany Beach is perfect for soaking up the sun, while Rehoboth Beach outlet shopping is just 10 miles away, and Ocean City is a short 17-mile drive.

For culinary enthusiasts, our home is equipped with everything you need, from blenders to ice cream makers — plus, the kitchen was completely renovated in 2025 with modern upgrades to make meal prep a breeze. Dine in the updated eat-in kitchen, on the front deck, or the back porch. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Entertainment options include books, games, a cooler, beach umbrella, and two beach chairs.

Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are not included but may be rented locally at Coastal Beach Service or Sheets at the Beach.

A $25 per person fee applies for pool use, and pets are considered with an additional pet fee.

The condo itself was good. There were a few minor issues, such as worn-out couches and weak Wi-Fi, but overall it was a comfortable stay.The reason for our lower rating is due to the communication with the owners. When we checked in, we noticed a water stain and sent a photo to the owners. They replied that they were already aware of it. The next day, a man knocked on our door, introduced himself as Ray, said he was the owner, and asked to come inside. He looked at the water spot, then stayed for about 30 minutes chatting about unrelated matters.Upon checkout, I messaged the owners and suggested giving guests a heads-up before anyone comes by in the future. The owner responded that she hadn’t sent anyone and didn’t know who the visitor was. When I followed up with the time and details of the visit, I did not receive any further response.This was very concerning and left us feeling uneasy. If you stay here, it may be best not to open the door to unexpected visitors unless the owners notify you ahead of time.

This was a great place to stay with two 5-year olds. They were delighted to find CANDY LAND provided. We were there when Hurricane Erin closed the beach, but we still had a good time. Bethany Bay is very family friendly and it was a great place to bring kids. The condo was clean and what we expected. Wish we could have spent more time at the very nice pool, but the weather did not cooperate. We are thinking of making this an annual vacation.
