The two-storey local penta apartment located in the province of Trento, in the municipality of Fiavè (Località Stumiaga 34). The apartment is part of a typical peasant house built in the year 1698, completely renovated in 1991. The house has a large balcony from which you have a wonderful view of the valley. In front of the house there is a large lawn with the possibility of relaxing. In case you have sports equipment, such as bicycles or other bulky items, there is the possibility of storing them in the basement.

Groot appartement, goed uitgeruste keuken, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en contact met de uitbaatster. De ligging is goed tussen dorpen en meren in de buurt, maar het appartement zelf is minder qua ligging, vmak bij de straat , en het zicht op de bergen wordt belemmerd door grote bomen in de tuin. De kerktoren is vlak bij en luidt elke dag om 7u 's morgens, lang en luid. Wifi is betalend en is niet van hele goede kwaliteit.

Insgesamt eine schöne und empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung! Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und der Betreuung vor Ort war unkompliziert und außerordentlich nett!Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles sehr gut in Schuss, und die Wohnung war picobello sauber.Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt wirklich gut und für den Urlaub angemessen. Die Fernseher sind keine Smart-TV, haben aber moderne Anschlüsse, wer Netflix gucken will, müsste sich also ein Laptop und ein HDMI-Kabel mitbringen, dann funktioniert es problemlos. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich sehr gut, bis zum Mixer und Küchenmaschine ist alles da, auch ein großer Backofen etc pp. Das einzige, was ich persönlich vermisst habe, ist ein Geschirrspüler, aber im Urlaub mal abzuwaschen, ist auch in Ordnung.Die Lage der Wohnung ist recht gut, einerseit braucht man zwar für die meisten Unternehmungen und Erledigungen ein Auto, aber dafür ist man auch für alle Richtungen gut positioniert: nach Riva del Garda fährt man ca 25min, Lago die Tenno 10min, Ponte Arche 7min, Lago di Molveno 40min, Ortschaften um die Gruppo die Brenta 50min, Trient ebenso. Zwei kleinere Supermärkte in Fiavè mit dem Notwendigsten sind in 15min fußläufig erreichbar, am Ende von Fiavè gibt es eine tolle kleine Bäckerei, zu der man zu Fuß ca. 20min läuft. Tollen Honig gibt es direkt im Haus zu kaufen.Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort.

Große Wohnung, sehr freundlicher Empfang in perfektem Deutsch, ländlich

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, ein tolles großes Bad, das andere ist sehr klein. Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr italienisch :-) Wir genossen das Frühstück mit Morgensonne auf dem Balkon. Leider liegt das Haus an einer sehr befahrenen Straße von Ponte Arche Richtung Riva del Garda, jedoch sind die geschlossenen Fenster schalldicht. Die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist sehr gut, sowohl in die Brenta Dolomiten mit dem Molvenosee, als auch Richtung Tennosee, Gardasee und Trento. In den umliegenden Ortschaften findet man genügend gute und preiswerte Restaurants und Pizzerias. In Fiave` ist ein sehr leckerer Bäcker sowie eine nette Bar mit leckerem Restaurant. Es ist sehr ländlich, man hört Hunde, Hähne, Kühe und Esel, uns hat es gefallen.

Tutto sommato direi che siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Posizione favorevole, buona distribuzione dei locali, ottimo terrazzo, animali accettati, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, questi i lati positivi. Aggiungo anche simpatia e disponibilità dei referenti. L'arredo non è il massimo ma bisogna sempre valutare il prezzo. Pulizia accettabile ma non ottimale. In definitiva è stata una bella vacanza.

Die durchgangs Strasse ist gleich vor der Haustür morgens und abends ist es sehr laut. Eine Schweinemast ist in unmittelbarer Nähe es stinkt häufig. Für deutsche Verhältnisse ist die Kücheneinrichtung sehr spartarnisch es könnte wenigstens eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden sein.

Ambiente carino, pulizia da rivedere

L'alloggio è situato all'interno di uno stabile che comprende altri appartamenti. La signora che si occupa dell'accoglienza risiede nell'appartamento di fronte, quindi in caso di problemi è possibile contattarla tempestivamente. L'ambiente è carino ed accogliente ma la pulizia non è eccellente: al nostro arrivo la casa sembrava apparentemente pulita, in realtà poco dopo ci siamo resi conto della presenza di polvere un pò ovunque (campanello d'allarme una ragazza allergica alla polvere ha iniziato a star male subito) e qualche ragnatela. La cosa strana è che vengono richiesti ** euro a persona a fine soggiorno per la pulizia, indipendentemente dal fatto che la puliate voi o meno. Fatto presente subito alla proprietaria, si è limitata a darci qualche straccio per pulire (un'ora abbondante di pulizie, piumoni e cuscini compresi). A fine soggiorno abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare per le pulizie. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento la posizione è più che buona, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Fiavè.

complessivamente un buon posto

La casa è situata in una posizione comoda per chi deve effettuare i trattamenti termalia Comano, ma anche per chi è alla ricerca di itinerari naturalistici da effettuare a piedi o in bici. Eravamo due famiglie composte rispettivamente da coppia genitoriale più un/una bambino/a di 4 anni, gli spazi e gli arredi sono risultati confortevoli e comodi per i nostri ritmi di vita. Utile e dotato di una bella vista il balconcino esterno. La pulizia degli ambienti non era eccellente, ma sufficientemente adeguata, abbiamo trovato ripetutamente peli di animali per terra, l'angolo della cucina tra il lavello e la stufa era un po' sporco e gli strumenti dati in dotazione per provvedervi non erano agili, mancava il mocio. Il riferimento in loco è stato gentile e disponibile, tuttavia due sere prima della partenza finisce la bombola del gas che serviva per il fornello della cucina, l'indomani lo facciamo presente alla signora, ma questa non si premura di farla sostituire durante il nostro soggiorno e avendo solo un fornello elettrico siamo costretti a mangiare fuori per sei pasti. La gestione di questo imprevisto è stata alquanto superficiale da parte del riferimento in loco e ha comportato per noi un dispendio ulteriore.

Entspannte Tage in der Naztur

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Signora Zambaldi, übrigens in perfektem Deutsch! Die Wohnung war bei Eintreffen angenehm beheizt (Dezember!), die Betten bezogen und Handtücher für alle Personen bereitgelegt. Hervorragende Ausstattung und Möblierung. Dieses Niveau trifft man nicht in jeder Ferienwohnung an! Wir haben entspannte Tage in der wunderschönen Bergwelt des Trentino verbracht und im Ristorante Al sole im Dorf Fiavè zweimal hervorragend gegessen. Empfehlenswert für alle, die einen ruhigen Aufenhalt in der Natur suchen und dabei in einer FeWo logieren möchten, in der man sich nicht nur zum Schlafen gerne aufhält. Tanti auguri!
