Completely renovated, spacious holiday flat with beautiful views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo massif in a detached house with 2 flats (not condominium).
These include a new, open kitchen with additional seating, a dining area in front of the large picture window and a comfortable living area in front of an open fireplace.
The apartment has a large main balcony also 2 of 3 of the bedrooms are also equipped each with a small balcony.
The bedroom and the living room all have a wonderful view of the lake.
In addition, 2 full baths are available (one en-suite) each with a window and an almost floor-level shower.

This is a Non smoking apartment!

Duvets and pillows are available. Sheets and towels are brought by the tenant.

Perfekter Urlaub am Gardasee

Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Eva-Maria war perfekt. Eine grosse, helle Wohnung – alles war sehr sauber. Da sonst niemand im Haus war hatten wir die Terrasse und den Pool zur freien Verfügung. Auch der Balkon der Wohnung war sehr groß und perfekt zum gemütlichen Abendessen. Alles in allem super. Gerne wieder! Auch die Kommunikation mit Giulia war super.

Prachtig uitzicht

De aankomst bij het appartement was niet eenvoudig omdat we een verkeerd adres kregen van de, overigens snel en beleefd communiceren de heheerder. Eenmaal bij het juiste huis aangekomen bleek alles netjes te zijn, voorzien van redelijk goede bedden en nette douches. De keuken is netjes uitgerust, maar wel met een te kleine afwasmachine voor de zes gasten die er kunnen verblijven. De wifi functioneerde goed na enige hapering in het begin van ons verblijf. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren die helaas deels kapot zijn. De rolluiken zijn functioneel. Het grootste manko is echter het ontbreken van airco en het niet goed schoonmaken en -houden van het zwembad, ondanks toezeggingen. Ons verblijf was aangenaam, mede door het feit dat wij het zwembad niet hoefden te delen. Was dat wel het geval geweest, dan had dat negatief bijgedragen aan onze rust. Toekomstige gasten moeten goed overwegen of ze een gedeeld zwembad niet bezwaarlijk vinden. Het uitzicht is prachtig en de bergachtige omgeving goed breikbaar.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir waren begeistert! Ein modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit traumhaften Ausblick! Es war alles vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und ging schnell. Der dort vorhandene Grill ist leider sehr veraltet und verrostet…dieser könnte eventuell mal gegen einen Neuen ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war alles super! Wir merken uns dieses Appartement und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Top Lage, gepflegt & modern eingerichtet.

Schöne neue und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft. Top ausgestattet und viel Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Gute Raumaufteilung für Paare. Großer und kleiner Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den See. Rießen Wohnzimmerfenster, ebenfalls mit Blick auf den See, bei schlechtem Wetter top. Parkplatz für ca 3 Autos direkt vorm Haus. Einzige Mankos: Unangenehmer Abflussgeruch und unpassendes Bett im Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Preis/Leistung trotzdem astrein. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Lage, ruhig gelegen, großzügiges Wohnen

Das Objekt liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee und gegenüber liegenden Monte Baldo ist faszinierend. Limone ist schnell erreichbar. Interessante Ausflugziele hat man in Tremosine, immer mit Gardaseeblick und im Norden vom Gardasee , Künstlerdorf Canale di Tenno und Tennosee und Biotop Marocche. Alles sehr erlebnisreich. Wir erlebten eine schöne Zeit, alles empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Die 3 Schlafzimmern für 6 Personen waren top. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und hat unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Es wäre nicht schlecht wenn es eine Spülmaschine gäbe. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Der vorhandene Internetanschluss hat leider nicht funktioniert. Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Für alle Unternehmungen ist ein Auto notwendig. Der morgentliche Sonnenaufgang von der Terasse und das Frühstück mit Blick auf den See ist ein Traum.

Wunderbare, gepflegte Ferienwohnung über dem Gardasee. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Gardasee und die Berge ist traumhaft. Kein Verkehrslärm stört. Der Kontakt mit der Familie Kutscheit war perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern für 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und hat unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Eine Spülmaschine wäre wünschenswert. Ein heut zu Tage standartmäßiger Internetanschluss ist leider nicht vorhanden. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten, für einen längeren Aufenthalt aber nur mit Internetanschluss. Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Für alle Unternehmungen ist ein Auto notwendig. Der morgentliche Sonnenaufgang von der Terasse ist ein Traum.
