The ground floor features one King master bedroom with a full bath. There is also a half bath in the game room which features a tiled floor with a 50" flat screen Smart TV, entertainment center, Champion Bank Shot shuffleboard, Arcade Legends video game, sitting area, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, small service dishwasher, mini-kitchen and full washer and dryer. When you step outside to the pool deck, you can choose to cool off in the private saltwater pool that features a custom surface that is easy on your feet!
