Stunning 5 bedroom home on Lake Anna's public side. Mirabella features an open and airy interior with floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling and 2 mile lake views from every room. A perfect retreat for multi-family vacations with every amenity you could ever need. The spacious furnished dock has ceiling fans and enclosed bar with a comfortable shaded sitting area. The natural sandy beach is perfect for sunning and playing in the water while the large grassy lawn provides a lakeside corn hole/bocce space. Mirabella features a luxurious main floor master suite, spacious dining area, high end appliances, 2 kitchens, 3 full size refrigerators (one at dock bar area), enclosed outdoor shower, three 60 inch smart TV's plus smaller bedroom TV's, Xfinity high speed internet and game room with pool, foosball and shuffleboard tables. Other amenities include 2 stand-up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, canoe, multiple flotation devices, 4 anti-gravity chairs, his and her bikes, board games, puzzles, books, dvd player and Sonos speakers. Upper and lower decks, stone patio with propane grill and a short gently sloping walkway to the lake enhance the enjoyment. The dock has a well cleated and bumpered side for mooring boats and a swimming ladder. Fisherman's Cove is excellent for fishing, skiing, wake boarding and wake surfing, and the gated neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking.
Mirabella is available as a weekly rental, Sunday to Sunday only.

Another great year at Mirabella! This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed the house just as much as the first time. The house was immaculate, loaded with amenities, water toys, and a kitchen stocked for a gourmet cook. Perfect location for July 4th fireworks - what a special treat for our grandkids.

This was our sixth year at Lake Anna and the lake front home named Mirabella is our favorite spot! Great floor plan, ideal setting and the beach and boat house-pier put it over the top.

Wonderful stay! This was our second year at Mirabella. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and plenty dishes and glasses for a crowd. We love the dock and spent most of our time there. And the refrigerator on the dock was great. Plenty of beds, pillows and blankets so everyone had their own space. Looking forward to next year

Perfection on the water

We have been vacationing at east coast lakes for 15 years. Mirabella is by far the most perfect home away from home. It was complete class! We were not wanting for one single thing. We can’t wait to return!!

Amazing!!

This was my family’s first lake vacation in Virginia and I feel like there is no need to look anywhere else. From the beginning Susan was responsive and friendly. House was immaculate and fully equipped for games, water sports, family dinner, anything you needed. We brought our wake boat and the docking situation was extremely easy, plenty deep and convenient to a 24-hr self serve gas dock.I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property with amazing view from house and dock. We have been coming to Lake Anna for 8 years and this was our favorite house. Quiet cove with little boat traffic. Kids loved kayaking swimming and fishing. House had everything we needed and was very spacious to accommodate 14 of us. Looking forward to next year!

Great Lake Getaway!

Everything about this house is 5 stars! It was clean and well stocked with all the essentials from the spacious kitchen to the boat dock. The open common area has a fabulous view of the lake. There is a spacious kitchen for preparing meals and a huge table for everyone to eat together. We loved having the extra fridge in the basement too. Listing is accurate and the owner is immediately responsive to any needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

3rd Family Vacation at Mirabella

We love everything about Mirabella. The house has room for everyone, is a gorgeous home, the downstairs is a perfect place to chill for all our grandchildren. The kitchen in addition to being huge is the best appointed of any kitchen we have ever stayed. We have lots of cooks and no one goes for wanting something to use. The dock and water area are super user friendly for the kids. We have more experienced swimmers who can jump in the water from further out, and smaller people who benefit from the shallow water. And the dock also has everything anyone could want, including lots of shade. Lots of happy memories going home with all the kids and all of the grown ups!

Beautiful House

We had an awesome week staying at the Mirabella house! The house itself was perfect - very clean upon arrival, beautiful views of the lake, stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need for your stay and lots of room the 12 people that we had staying there (6 adults and 6 kids). The boat dock and beach area are just steps away from the house which makes boating super easy and convenient. The gated neighborhood is also very private and quiet which was nice for early morning walks. All communication with the host was also super fast and helpful! We loved it so much that we have already booked another week for next summer. Perfect house on Lake Anna!

We love this house

This was our second year a Mirabella. We came with 6 grandchildren ages one to six, and 3 sets of parents. The house is beautiful, the kitchen has everything anyone could need. The large dock house and beach are extremely user friendly because the water is shallow for the small ones. The large covered dock assures that you can be in shade if needed with the kids or on the beach in the sun. We love everything about Mirabella. Thanks for making it great Susan.

Our family was very happy with our stay. The house was so clean and bright. The host left a welcome note and a box of chocolates to welcome us. The Kitchen was well stocked for anything we needed. Plenty of towels for showering. Access to the lake was good and the deck that has a covering made sitting outside to enjoy the view of the lake on hot days enjoyable. The kayates and paddle boards were added activities for fun. We had a wonderful time with our family, our yearly vacation we look forward to. Thank you

Perfect waterfront vacation

Our amazing week began as soon as we opened the front door and glimpsed the spectacular views. This waterfront house is impeccably maintained and wonderfully equipped. Our family, spanning ages from 10 to 80, found something to enjoy in every corner of this fabulous house. The large gourmet kitchen, the entertaining game room, the boat house living room & bar, the private beach with paddleboards and the lovely garden with firepit for s’mores are just a few of the outstanding features of this fantastic house. In every detail, from the thoughtful amenities to the stunning location, this house offered us a perfect week of relaxation & joy. My husband and I live in Charlottesville, only an hour away from Lake Anna. We have been vacationing here for 20+ years. Mirabella is our second home which we use ourselves 9 months of the year.

Why they chose this property

Mirabella is bright, open and airy. Contemporary and serene but relaxed and cozy with beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout most of the house. The main floor has high ceilings and spacious living spaces. You won’t be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

Mirabella is in a quiet gated neighborhood perfect for biking and walking. Mirabella is directly on the main lake with great fishing, skiing, tubing right off the dock. Lake Anna Winery and Lake Anna State Park are nearby.
