Chalet Located in a very quiet hamlet, south slope, passage only for residents. Adjoining land of 1600 m2,
parking space.
located 05 minutes from the village of Orciéres (departure of free shuttles to the resort) and 15 minutes from the Merlette ski resort.
Orciéres leisure center 10 minutes away.
Apartment equipped with a kitchen with oven, microwave and ceramic hob, separate wc, bathroom with shower. Bedroom separated by a curtain with 2 bunk beds. bench with 2 beds that can be joined in the living room.

Joli appartement. Mais j ai du quand meme netoyer sols.cafetiere .et toiles araignees .et l on a remarquer coussins canapes taches et couettes en plus .pas nickel..moi meme ayant travailler pour un patron ayant plusieurs locations..le travail de nrtoyage etait verifier. Malgre cela aucuns soucis.non n avons manquer de rien dans l appartementc t confortable. Sauf le manque d un lave linge. L on reviendra certainement l annee prochaine.

La cuisine est correcte et bien équipée ainsi que la salle de bain. Nous sommes très sensible au bruit, je peux vous assurer que c'est un endroit très très calme. Pour les amoureux de la nature c'est idéal et les voisins du hameau sont très acceuillants et sympathique. Mais, il est à noter que mi septembre sur une semaine de soleil toute la journée, nous avons eu le plaisir de le voir dans le chalet entre 18 et 19h. La chambre sans fenêtre est séparée de la pièce principale par un rideau. Le WC donne dans la cuisine. Pas de rangement donc nos valises sont restées ouverte dans le salon, car impossible de les poser dans la chambre ou le cagibi. Et, même si nos hôtes ont eux aussi ce désagrément, nous avons eu durant tout notre séjour des odeurs de remontés d’égouts et la WIFI n'est pas très performante. Il parait que ce sont les inconvénients de la montagne....

Le logement est bien agencé, la cuisine est super bien équipée ( frigo, congel, plaques induction, micro ondes, four traditionnel, lave vaisselle, hotte, et meubles adéquats) ainsi que la salle de bains (cabine de douche tip top), la literie est de bonne qualité. Petite suggestion : une terrasse digne de ce nom serait la bienvenue car le salon de jardin va vite souffrir des cailloux en pente. J espere que c est dans les prévisions. Sinon les propriétaires sont accueillants et très discret et "rooky" est adorable.
