My homestay apartment of 24m2 is perfect for a young couple or a single person, even friends (e) s. Its entrance is independent: it is on the ground floor of a stone village house and at the crossroads of two small roads. Simple accommodation, intimate and warm. Freshness of the studio very appreciated and appreciable during the summer season.

Small non-attached land where you can park your car and also have a barbecue or watch the sunset.

Many walks or hikes in the wilderness from the studio and in the wood of Païolive. Loan of Ign maps and hiking guides as needed. I can also tell you if you want the essentials within a radius of 10 km.

Capacity of 2 people (free for babies and more). No television but possibility to watch DVDs. A living room with kitchenette (fridge, two hotplates, ovens, kettle and sink ...) and a sleeping area. A comfortable bed of 140 by 200. The bathroom has a shower rather low (vault), a sink and a wc sanibroyeur. Quilt, pillows, bed linen, towels, floor mats and tea towels are provided, as well as salt and pepper ... Plan your beach towels.

Ethernet connection adsl (sometimes random network because we are at the end of the phone line) and sometimes wifi (it is capricious!). Please note that I often cut my box at night.


Heating not included in the rental price (if needed, € 3 per day in spring and autumn and € 5 in winter, payable locally).

Located south of southern Ardèche, a few kilometers from Païolive wood and 3 rivers: Chassezac, Beaume and Ardèche. Multiple bathing places but also climbing, canoeing, hiking, horse riding, caving, cycling, quad biking, paragliding ...
Chauvet caves at 21 km, Aven d'Orgnac at 24 km and La Cocalière at 11 km.
Bike rental 5 km from Maison-Neuve.
Picturesque villages a few kilometers away: Banne, Naves, Labeaume, Ruoms, Vallon, Barjac, Balazuc, Thines ... but also Villefort in Lozère, Barjac in Gard, etc. You will be quiet and close to everything at the same time.

Small business and bakery nearby. Sale of seasonal vegetables at 10 meters! Gourmet restaurant and wine cellar at 50 meters. Ferme des Divols: organic goat farm 2 km. Also the forest goat in Maisonneuve. Typical market Vans every Saturday morning and around the other days: Berrias, Rosières, Joyeuse, Saint-Paul the Younger ... Small market in Beaulieu on Sunday.
Various supermarkets and distributors in a radius of 14 km.
