Great house, perfect size for our family. Great location, close to stores and restaurants but quiet in the neighborhood. Could use some TLC but overall good. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family week

Very nice house with lots of room for our family. Access to beach was fantastic! Also nice to have the pool and hot tub. Walking distance to a restaurant, ice cream and an adorable art/ gift store. Lots of stairs(a bit hard for older folks). Wish the checkin time was a bit earlier.

Love the pool, and great beach access!

We had the pool heated for the week for my 1 year old grandson. Hurricane Humberto was off the coast and the beach was “red flags” all week. That pool was the saving grace for a wonderful swim.

Needs serious repairs

View beautiful being to hear and enjoy ocean breeze and sound -10! Patio screens need repair windows don’t work, patio door leaks on 2nd floor, washing machine broke, no microwave, kitchen cabinets and drawers falling apart, dining chairs broken, couch sit in pit. I’m seriously surprised that VRBO offers this property and Resort Reality said they inspected it! Maybe they should stay a night or atleast spend more than 10 mins walking through! I do not recommend this property unless it’s updated even painting the walls would help! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Great Family Vacation

The house was clean and the location was terrific. We enjoyed walking over the steps to the beautiful beach and returning to enjoy time in the pool. The pool was a good size, almost the width of the house, which made it very enjoyable for the family. The charcoal grill was a bit small so we rented one for the week, which was delivered and picked up. I have rented numerous properties on VRBO and my only surprise with this one was there were no cleaning products in the house. I did review the contact and it stated the customer should bring their own but I was expecting a few things based on my previous experience. It was not a problem since the supermarkets are close by. Due to the number of steps to get to and from the beach I would not recommend the house for anyone with issues walking. We had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend this house.
