Nicely furnished two bedroom two bath condominium centrally located just minutes from I-75, down town Naples, the beaches, shopping and more. Gated community with large resort style pool, work out room, billiard room and BBQ area. Unit has tile though out, stand up shower in master bedroom, nice step in closets, washer & dryer in unit. We require a minimum of 30 day rental. This property is perfect or transitional housing, or short term rental. Sorry no pets

Naples in the winter; weather is the best.

The unit was clean, with a kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware. Bedrooms were good sized and baths were fully supplied with towels, etc.Owners were very accessible and prompt to answer any questions.We enjoyed the stay and time passed quickly.Location provides quick access to main roads and streets. Best winter weather in the US.

Excellent condo

The owner was fantastic. We felt very welcomed from the moment we entered the condo. It was everything we could have wished for. I recommend it highly.
