Located on the second floor with elevator access two doors away from the unit, this cozy condo is beautifully furnished, along with an equipped kitchen, TV, and WI-Fi, wireless internet access, laminate wood flooring, all linens provided, and large closets with plenty of space for storage. The private bedroom has a king bed. The lanai features relaxed seating that faces a well-manicured golf course green and décor to enjoy a cup of coffee, an afternoon nap, or a relaxing evening breeze (golf privileges available with a country club membership).
This peaceful condominium complex offers amenities such as an Olympic-size heated pool and sauna, a Clubhouse with pool tables, a game room, a library, tennis courts, a Bocce court, and barbecue areas. Renters are provided with keys to these amenities. Relaxing views feature the Golf Course green, palm trees, and surrounding lakes. A complete kitchen renovation will be done during the summer 0f 2024.
Turtle Lake Golf Colony is centrally located off U.S. 41 and Pine Ridge, only a short drive from the world-famous Naples beaches. The information you provide is kept private and confidential and is only used by Turtle Lake Association to keep a safe environment.
