Magnificent apartment on the heights of the charming little village of the coves of Arlet, with one of the most beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.

The apartment and the equipment are completely new.
For description: 1 adult bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe.
A bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer, washing machine, storage.
A living room with a 2 seater sofa bed and a corner sofa that can sleep for a child.
A fully equipped kitchen (except dishwasher)
A terrace with sea view.
Equipment: TV, broadband Wifi internet box, unlimited free telephone to local landline and mobile phones (France) and 50 destinations.

2 minutes from the beach by car (it's not far but for the return it goes up ;-)
The village of Anses d'Arlet is really charming, the beach is magnificent, no waves, ideal for the little ones, and at 20 meters a spot of exotic fish where the older children (and their parents) will be amazed. Nice little restaurants .... in short, it's great!
We have lived there for 30 years and we will be able to help you with your choice of outings if you do not know Martinique.
I am at your entire disposal for any information, whether in relation to accommodation or your stay in Martinique (preferably by email).

Cet endroit est certainement un coup de coeur! Propre, confortable et terrasse extérieure magnifique (vue, couchers de soleil, intimité totale, douche extérieur, jacuzzi: Tout pour vivre dehors et en profiter pleinement). Mon conjoint et moi y étions avec notre fille de 3 ans qui a dormi sur le ''divan-lit'' (très confortable). Propriétaire sympathique et efficace dans ses communications. Stationnement dans la rue, tout près de l'entrée. À 4 minutes en voiture du village des Anses d'Arlets (Sportive de nature, j'étais initialement motivé à marcher jusqu'à la plage/village vu la courte distance, mais sur place, les côtes pour descendre/montrer sont extrêmement abruptes: Nous nous sommes donc toujours déplacé en voiture finalement ;)). À noter qu'à votre départ vous aurez 2 choix: Faire le ménage de l'entièreté de l'habitation ( salle de bain, cuisine, etc.) ou débourser 60 euros. Merci pour le magnifique séjour! En espérant revenir!

Merveilleux séjour

Appartement avec une terrasse incroyable ! La vue est à couper le souffle. Les couchers du soleil sont spectaculaires. Après les journées passées aux splendides plages des alentours, revenir souper sur cette terrasse, avec spa, fut plus que merveilleux. L’appartement est bien équipé, décoré avec goût et soin. Dany et Nathalie, très sympathiques, ont été des hôtes à l’écoute et attentionnés (planteur, jus d’orange, lait, pain et plus nous attendaient lors de notre arrivée). Merci encore pour tout !!

Petit paradis

Un séjour qui n'aurait pas pu être mieux hébergé, endroit paisible et calme, et décoré avec un goût magnifique. J'insiste sur la décoration et l'aménagement du logement qui est canon, de très bon goût et tellement agréable pour être presque aussi content de sortir voir la Martinique mais presque pressé de rentrer dans ce petit paradis, jardin à nos pieds, vue sur la mer, environnement relaxant. Je conseille vivement de profiter de cet endroit paraît pour certains séjours. Ps : rien a dire de négatif alors que je suis plutôt critique habituellement, mais je voulais encore préciser que la déco et incroyablement bien faite et rend ce studio chaleureux, aceuillant, et il fait super bon vivre dans cette location.

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour! Location très agréable, bien située. Quelle vue magnifique sur les Anses d'Arlet! Location bien équipée ( lave linge, petit four grill, four micro onde, aspirateur, glacière, douche extérieure, barbecue...) correspondant tout à fait à nos attentes, décorée avec goût, hygiène irréprochable. Bonne continuation aux propriétaires accueillants , très attentionnés et de bons conseils. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié votre gentillesse envers nos ados. Prêt d'un masque et de palmes, livres à disposition , wifi.

Semaine de rêve !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce logement. Il est propre, très bien agencé, bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Il est idéalement situé sur l’île. La vue est juste exceptionnelle ! Une des plus belles vues de la Martinique. On a pu profiter tous les soirs du coucher de soleil... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons très probablement !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est conforme à la description, la vue est magnifique, l’entrée est indépendante par le jardin. Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dany, que nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer, mais nous été reçu par ses charmants voisins Marc et Véronique. L'appartement est vraiment conforme aux photos, très propre, spacieux et joliment décoré avec une vue magnifique sur les anses. La plage est en bas de la rue, avec ses petits restos sympas, et surtout nous pu nager dans cet aquarium naturel et nager avec des tortues! tout simplement magique! Nous avons également apprécié le petit planteur frais à notre arrivé ainsi qu'un panier d'accueil pour le premier petit déjeuner. Sans hésitation, Je conseille vivement cette location l

Top Aussicht über einen der schönsten Orte in Martinique

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe über Anses d'Arlet, so dass man einen fantastischen Ausblick hat. Die Wohung ist voll ausgestattet schön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar- gleichzeitig ist man in der Anliegerwohnung voll und ganz für sich. Die Wohnung hat auch einen kleinen Garten und ist zudem kinderfreundlich. Wir haben uns schnell zuhause gefühlt.
