This Beautiful condo and property are even more impressive in person! Our condo was decorated and detailed with so much thought. Vacation beach Vibes! Gorgeous and clean! If you needed something, chances are Perla had it ready at the condo! From champagne flutes to golf clubs, it was there! Thank you so much! We will be coming back!

I wrote into VBRO as we left one day early due to extreme noise doing building repair all week.

Property was nice. Bring your own toilet paper however. We did not enjoy it due to building repair monday tuesday wednesday and on thursday we left. Noise was extreme as they were working on the stucco grinding it and it was right below us thursday. Sure wish the owner would have let us know we were going to experience building repair to the outside stucture with large equipment outside grinding and repairing stucco. We would have chosen a different week.

The property is amazing, the beach was so great (we went in mid November and we almost had the beach to ourselves), and the community has lots of fun amenities. Perla was SO GREAT to work with. She was flexible, very responsive, and a great host. Highly recommended.

Originally had reservations for a Sanibel stay but thanks to Ian, we had to change plans and booked on the Atlantic side with Perla. Absolutely loved her condo and the Ocean villages. So much to do and see and golf included...definitely a plus. We had so much fun with our son and his family. We are already trying to plan a trip back.

We had a great vacation - the place was close to the beach, and provided access to a basketball court, gym, pool and bar/restaurant- in the condo they had everything you need for a beach vacation and to relax, cook, clean and entertain yourself and family- we had a great time - thank you and we will be back and recommend your place to our friends. This os our second time staying in Perla’s beautiful beach getaway! Plenty of amenities that added to the overall easiness of the rental. She is a very accommodating host and there was plenty to do for the kids between the beach, pool and local parks. We will definitely be returning for sure! Perfect for a family of 4!

Wonderful Florida beach stay.

Spotless, large two bedroom split layout. Great living room for gatherings to watch the playoffs on huge flat screen. Kitchen had everything if you choose to eat in. However walking distance restaurant and tiki bar were hard to resist. Owner obviously takes pride in the maintenance and preparation of this unit. Thanks to them.

You will love this second floor corner unit! It features 2 private bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, full kitchen, a desk, wifi, wet bar, washer/dryer in unit and plenty of storage space. Enclosed balcony overlooks golf course. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV (Direct TV included) and access to the balcony. Unit includes 1 covered parking space with guest parking options available nearby. Additional items included: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach wagon.

What makes this property unique

- Private beach is a 6 minute walk in the community
- Heated pools, saunas, whirlpools, tennis courts, exercise rooms, pickle ball, shuffleboard are all accessible on the resort property
- Golf course is free of charge. Tee time needs to be booked with main office the first time (ID required). Thereafter, you can book future sessions online!
