l'appartement etait tres propre bien équipé , juste que nous n'avons pas eu d'eau tout les jours et ca c'est pas cool mais le propriétaire n'y est pour rien , il est tres gentil

Nice Place!

I stayed in this apartment for a week in early January 2017 with my girlfriend. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. We would use the place to wind down and sleep at night, we made breakfast everything morning there, then we would spend our days out at the beach or exploring. Claude (property owner) is very nice person and is prompt to get back to you if you have any questions or concerns. This place is also in a pretty great location between St Anne and St Francois (though closer to St Anne). We had an amazing time in Guadeloupe. It was our first trip...great food, beautiful beaches, and lots of things to explore. It would certainly help to be able to speak French, but we managed to get by while only being able to speak English. Thanks to Claude for providing a clean and comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price!

Agréable logement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Anne. Nous remercions Mme et M. Crusoé pour leur accueil et leur hospitalité. Logement conforme à la description, très agréable. La terrasse est bien exposée, ombragée et aérée l'après midi. Ce studio est situé à proximité de commerces (Super marché, boulangerie, pharmacie.) Les plages de Saint-Anne sont 5 min en voiture. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans problème.

vacances agréables dans un endroit calme

Nous avons pris quelques jours de vacances au studio Courbaril chez Mr CRUSOE à ST-ANNE .Cela fait maintenant la troisième fois .Nous sommes toujours bien acceuillis .Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible pour quoi que ce soit .Le studio à trente minutes de l'aéroport est très propre et bien aménagé,un super-marché à cinq minutes,terrasse,climatiseur,wifi,lave-linge téléphone,etc...Linge de toilette et draps changés une fois par semaine.Le studio est très bien situé dans un endroit calme à la sortie de ST-ANNE et à quinze minutes de ST-FRANCOIS .Belles plages de sable blanc.Possibilités de balades à BASSE-TERRE ,la soufrière,parc zoologique très intéressant,l'ilet Pigeon,plongées ou sorties en mer,Les SAINTES.Bref il y en a pour tous les gouts.

Depuis 15 ans nous sommes des fidèles occupant de ce studio pourquoi? Eh bien! Dans un jardin très beau jardin fleuri nous bénéficions d'une terrasse privative spacieuse et bien exposée, le logement est propre, pratique et fonctionnel. Le linge de lit, de toilette est changé toutes les semaines. Le quartier résidentiel est calme et situé à environ 300 mètres d'un centre commercial (pharmacie, boulangerie, supermarché) ce qui est très appréciable. Le descriptif est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et toujours à l' écoute de ses locataires. En conclusion toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer d'excellentes vacances

Plan Your Stay at Gite Courbaril, St. Anne

Recently returned from two-week vacation in Guadeloupe and stayed at Gite Courbaril where I am a regular and repeat customer. I rented the bottom unit of a lovely two-story home located in a residential neighborhood conveniently close to St. Anne which has one of the loveliest beaches in Guadeloupe. Home is subdivided into 3 individual units which are spacious and have separate entrances. I have had both the studio and larger end-unit when family arrived. All units have kitchenettes and living space is ample. Units are clean, modern, and well-maintained and each has a pretty patio surrounded by a tropical garden. Rooms are well ventilated and have AC. Parking is on street. Owners, Claude and Marie-Hélène, are gracious, hospitable, and speak English. There is a patisserie, pharmacy and grocery store within walking distance. The town center of St. Anne is a short 8 minute drive, as well as the beach and water sport activities including kite boarding and windsurfing. There are many exceptional restaurants featuring local cuisine with a French flair bordering the beach front. Gite Coubaril is a 20 minute driving distance to ferries departing from St. Francois for destination day-trips to La Desirade, Marie Galante and Terre de Haut. All and all, Gite Courbaril, St. Anne, is great destination for families, couples with small children, and singles looking for a relaxing vacation on a French Caribbean island with a spark of adventure. For those who wish to stay connected WiFi is available and free for guests. Arrangements for airport transfer or car rental are available.
