Updated Colonial home with gourmet kitchen, granite countertops with island and farmhouse table overlooking a large cedar deck with pool and a large lawn for family fun including a basketball court and walkway to waterfront with floating dock,canoe, kayak and paddleboard. Short walk to boat landing, swimfront,riverwalk and 1/2 mile to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and more. Pontoon boat rental available upon request pre-arrival.
