Highly recommend

The apartment is in beautiful floral gardens. The swimming pool is fabulous. Location is quite and private. A short walk to the beach, tram and supermarket. Would highly recommend.

Location is excellent. Gardens are lovely. Owners were friendly and helpful. There is a fan, not Air Conditioning but as it is a basement suite it wasn’t excessively hot. The kitchen includes a hotplate, mini fridge, microwave and air fryer. There was no coffee maker or oven. There were no laundry facilities in the unit. Ants were an issue. The shower has a sheer curtain over an exterior window. I would have preferred an opaque one- we put a towel up for privacy.

Escroquerie.

Publicité mensongère. Pas de clim ni vue sur l'océan ( vue sur un mur) . Photomontage , pas de tv contrairement aux photos . Logement en inadéquation avec les photos. Vétusté et saleté des sols, murs, plafonds, portes..Poignée porte d'entrée cassée maintenue avec du sparadra. Fuite d'eau sous évier récupérée dans une bassine, mauvaises odeurs. Aucune bouche d'aération.Invasion de fourmis et présence de cloportes dans la salle d'eau et la minuscule cuisine. Aucune geste ni excuse ni respect de la part du propriétaire qui n'a pas nettoyé le logement avant notre arrivée et a proposé un dédommagement de 5/nuit soit 25 pour le sejour de 5 jours pour l'absence de la clim .

Madame, Tout a commencé lorsque j’ai refusé votre proposition d’annuler la réservation pour “passer en direct”, c’est-à-dire vous vouliez contourner la plateforme et sa commission. Dès ce refus, votre ton a changé : plus de sourire, plus de dialogue — place au procès immédiat. Ah… Quelle prestation ! On se croirait dans une caricature de Molière : sans bonjour, sans respect, déjà armée de griefs. Vous n’êtes pas venue séjourner, vous êtes venue jouer une comédie acide. La vôtre. Publicité mensongère ? Non, Madame : mensongère fut votre attitude. Vous avez inspecté, traqué, grossi le moindre détail pour construire votre fable. Une petite fissure ? Catastrophe! Une trace ? Scandale! Et ce mot de “photomontage” ! Vous vous prenez pour une enquêtrice bas de gamme. Le summum : réclamer 100€ par jour de dédommagement pour un logement à 80€, après avoir refusé mes 25€ pour une climatisation non indiquée sur l'annonce. Vous ne vouliez pas un geste : vous vouliez le jackpot. Non, Madame. Votre commentaire n’est pas une critique. C’est une tentative. Mal jouée. Trop visible. Trop grossière. Une diatribe de mauvais goût. Vous êtes entrée dans ce logement comme un personnage entre en scène : en avance sur son texte, en retard sur la vérité. Paradiesischer Garten und Pool

Dank der sehr schönen Parkanlage und dem großen Pool war die sommerliche Hitze in Nizza mit weit über 30 Grad zu ertragen. Die Anlage liegt nahe zur Tram und zur Promenade, also durchaus verkehrsgünstig. Ein nettes griechisches Lokal, eine gute Pizzeria und ein preiswerter Carrefour Supermarkt sorgen für alles Notwendige zum Leben.

Het was een accommodatie met alles wat je nodig hebt. Kleine keuken en badkamer met een ruime slaapkamer en een hele grote tuin met een groot zwembad. Bij het zwembad waren ligbedjes met kussens aanwezig en wat plekjes om te zitten. Was ideaal! Alles was dichtbij, het strand was nog geen 5 min lopen, dit geld ook voor het openbaar vervoer en de winkel. De bussen reden best vaak en helemaal langs de promenade waardoor je overal makkelijk kon komen. Kort om een super fijn verblijf gehad!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Sie ist sehr gut angebunden und dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Garten mit Pool

Das Apartment befindet sich ca. 400 Meter von einem Zugang zur Promenade entfernt, es liegt sehr zentral, Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle in 3 - 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das war alles super, auch die Gartenanlage mit dazugehörigem Pool war rund um super und wurde regelmäßig genutzt. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe war stressfrei. Das Apartment selbst ist ein wenig beengend, unter der Dusche müssen alle die größer als 1,80 Meter sind den Kopf einziehen, der Toilettensitz ist nicht fest und dusche als auch die Wasserhähne haben einen sehr geringen Wasserdruck. Nichts desto trotz ist dieses Apartment eine Empfehlung Wert und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einchecken. Beste Grüße Marv und Merry

Un jardin magnifique et un studio parfait. Piscine au top et tout est très propre. Des propriétaires aux petits soins pour nous. Je recommande très vivement.
