Ich habe noch nie erlebt das eine Beschreibung so 100% passend und ehrlich zum wirklichen Objekt war. Top. Ashley ist die perfekte Vermieterin! Immer zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit vor Ort richtig genossen und waren glücklich dort Gäste sein zu dürfen. Das Haus ist einem sehr sehr guten Zustand, es wurde an alles gedacht, es war alles da. Einfach der perfekte Familienurlaub von der ersten Minute an. Die Anlage, der Pool. die Nachbarschaft, die Sicherheit – alles einwandfrei. Ich bin normalerweise ein sehr kritischer Mensch und immer sparsam mit Lob. Aber in diesem Fall kann ich einfach nur sagen: Spitze und überzeugend. Die Leistung schlägt hier den Preis! Perfect Bonita Springs Stay

Absolutely fantastic stay at this truly beautiful property- it is exactly like the pictures. Every amenity that we could have needed had been thought of and Ashley, the owner, was super helpful and always so quick to respond. The hot tub was lovely to relax in after a day at the beach, and the community pool was very quiet and extremely well maintained. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Why they chose this property

The home is located in a amazing gated community. I've lived in 4 different properties here and absolutely love it. The community is very quiet and well maintained. All of the neighbors are kind and helpful. I love this home because it is close to the best things Naples has to offer, including the beaches, dining, shopping and mercato.

What makes this property unique

This home is gorgeous. Almost everything is brand new in the home from the furniture down to the flooring. There is not one detail that I did not think of when renovating this home. The home has a large lanai area, including a 4-6 person hot tub, 6 person patio table and porch swing that looks out on the wonderfully landscaped & gated back yard. This home provides a serene place to wind down or wake up to.
