The only suggestion I would make is maybe a larger tv with Netflix or other steaming channels.

Great accommodations. Close to beach and community had a wonderful pool with cabana bar. Host was very attentive to all our needs.

Lovely vacation rental

Sterling Oaks is a delightful community and this condo rental was beautifully located in the neighborhood. The home is spacious and its location on the pond was just what we were looking for. It was a short drive to the beach, restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We would rent there again.

What a great Place @ Sterling Oaks

Sterling Oaks, was für ein großartiges Feriendomizil - meine Frau, meine Tochter und ich selbst waren mehr als zufrieden mit der wunderschönen Anlage, der Wohnung und deren Lage in Bonita Springs. Alle Attraktionen in der Nähe, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten, 5 Minuten zu den Stränden ( Vanderbilt , Barefoot, Lovers Key ) - wir hätten hier gerne noch ein paar weitere Wochen verbracht. Die komplette Strandausrüstung ist vorhanden, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm , Kühlbox, sogar zwei Fahrräder für den sportlichen Strand Besucher. Eine Statepark Besucherkarte gibt es obendrein, Eintritt und parken in den State Parks umsonst. Tolle Lage, um den morgendlichen 5 km Lauf zu machen, Nutzung der tollen Einrichtungen von Sterling Oaks gehört mit dazu, Semi Olympic super Pool, Tennis, Fitness Studio, Sauna, alles da. Kein Verkehr und eine sehr sichere und friedliche Umgebung in Sterling Oaks und der Umgegend. Die Wohnung des Gastgebers in Sterling Oaks ist modern, geräumig, makellos gepflegt und neu renoviert. Alle Badezimmer sind gefliest, alle Böden in Wohn- und Schlafräumen sind perfekt gefliest oder mit schönem Teppichboden ausgelegt. Gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet was man auch nur vielleicht braucht (Korkenzieher, Pizzaschneider). Nach einem Tag in der Stadt oder am Strand, haben wir uns auf unser Feriendomizil gefreut, um den Abend auf der abgeschirmten Veranda mit chillen , lesen, oder surfen im Internet über den WLAN unserer Gastgeber zu verbringen, oder um sich auf ein Abendessen in einem der Lokale der näheren Umgebung vorzubereiten (Buffalo Chips, Longhorn Steakhouse, Mels Diner, Buca di Beppo etc.) überall ist eine Reservierung empfohlen. Frühstück im Old 41 Restaurant ganz in der Nähe oder IHOP um die Ecke. Die AC ist leise, ganz einfach zu justieren und sorgt für eine ruhige Nacht und einen guten Schlaf . Der Gastgeber, ist zweisprachig bzw. dreisprachig, Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch, für uns, eine deutsche Familie war das großartig und wir waren in der Lage, die gesamte Kommunikation in Deutsch durchzuführen und die Zahlung über eine deutsche Bank abzuwickeln, normale Inland Überweisung in €. Wir haben in den letzten Jahren einige Wohnungen und Häuser in der Gegend von Bonita/Naples sowie ganz Florida gemietet und können diese schöne Wohnung allen Bonita/Naples Besuchern nur empfehlen.
