Dreamy Renovated Beach Front Condo with Pool

Beautiful complete renovation completed. Get your reservations in now!! Our beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach is back.

Our HOA requires you to fill out an information sheet acknowledging the condo rules prior to your stay. as well as a copy of the driver's license of all guests over 18 years of age. There are surveillance cameras in the community's common areas including the pool area. Signs are posted for the cameras.

Steps from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This newly updated condo is located on Manasota Key, a barrier island off the west coast of Florida. The island offers old Florida charm with beautiful beaches, restaurants, and a casual atmosphere.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The master suite is large and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Newly renovated.

There is so much to do on the key. Pool for relaxing, miles of beach...There are rentals for boats, kayaks, jet skis, and more. Several wonderful restaurants give you choices for dining.

On Manasota Key are many restaurants and bars with a variety of live music. Even more enjoyable is that there are golf-cart style shuttles that will come and pick you up at your door and drive you to and from these wonderful establishments. Call Lock and Key or Sand Bar Restaurant, or Stumpy's Free Ride for this great service. Enjoy the nightlife!!

The beach is beautiful and just steps away. But this key has so much to offer. In addition to beach activities, you have a large heated pool and the bay and gulf include activities such as paddle-boarding, kayaking, fishing, dolphin and sunset cruises, boating, golfing, biking, and jet-skiing, to name a few. There are public beaches both just north and south of the condo and a state park just a short ride away if you want to try a different beach. The key has five restaurants and two public parks with basketball and a playground. We’re looking forward to your stay.

Excellent property on Englewood Beach

This condo was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and bathrooms. Great spot just a few steps from the beach with a great view from the lanai. Would definitely stay here again. Owner and property manager are very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our time at your condo. Very clean! Heated pool is nice but no beach. Master bedroom is huge but takes forever to get hot water in the shower. We would definitely stay here again. It is a very nice area.

Very comfortable and spacious! Location and view are excellent, everything you need for a wonderful vacation. I rented this unit last year for a month, rented again this year for six weeks. Expecting to return next year!

Wife and I enjoyed three weeks in the Florida sun. Only one day of rain! Condo and grounds were very clean. Accomadative property manager checked to be sure all our needs were meet. There is no accessible beach due to high water level ,, however there are three beaches within a mile or two. Enjoyed the nice pool. It was great value. Only minor problem with comfort of older furniture and mattresses. Would like to return If available in the future.

Manasota Key is a barrier island off the coast of western Florida. It has sandy white beaches, old Florida charm, and a town-like area with several great restaurants and shops. When you cross the bridge out onto the island, you can feel your shoulders drop. RELAX!
