"les papillon maison"

A very attractive studio apartment, nicely furnished and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's conveniently located at about 100 meters for a short bus ride into the city (where parking can be a a problem.) Just as important, it's near an exceptionally good boulangerie. Madame Richard was there to meet and introduce us to the apartment and the local area, making it easy for us enjoy a pleasant weekend in delightful Besancon. We highly recommend it for solo or couple visits here.

Review

Property was clean and well kept. The owner was pleasant and accommodating. She does not speak any English but we were able to muddle through. Shortly after booking and paying, I got an additional invoice for her cleaning fee. While it is noted in her comments, it doesn’t show up on the original invoice. You only get the cleaning invoice after you pay the first one. This I found a bit misleading, and possibly intentional. When I complained about the cleaning invoice, I got no response. Overall I’d stay there again.

Séjour agréable au calme.

Bon accueil et bel appartement bien situé dans les faubourgs de Besancon ou tout en étant au calme divers commerces de proximité sont présents . Seul petit bémol nous avions cru comprendre sur le descriptif qu'il y avait une chambre mais c'était un lit pliant dans le séjour ce qui en fait ne pose pas probléme.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs chaleureusement accueillis par la propriĂ©taire, avons trouvĂ© trĂšs facilement l'appartement, qui est idĂ©alement placĂ©, que l'on vienne de Paris (notre cas), de Lyon (nous y sommes allĂ©s) ou de Suisse (nous y sommes aussi allĂ©s). Dans l'appartement, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin (et mĂȘme plus) et surtout il y a la climatisation (trĂšs apprĂ©ciable actuellement en AoĂ»t 2017). De plus, il y a beaucoup de commerces Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate. Encore merci, nous avons passĂ© une superbe semaine.

Le apartement cest jolie et agreable. Je ai passe tres bon temps la. Je le recommend avec gran plaisir. Very nice and cosy apartment with all ameties. I had a great stay there and will come back for sure. I highly recommend it.
