Olivier ist sehr nett, die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Eine Bäckerei ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum. Es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Interessante Stadt, mit Auto kann man vieles in der Nähe erkunden. Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung war perfekt und die große Terrasse war super.

6 jours à sillonner la franche comté de Besançon jusqu’à morteau et pontalier, de dole a montbéliard. Appartement idéalement placé dans un quartier calme et reposant. Très bel appartement

Appartement au top avec jolie terrasse, celà fait 2 fois que nous louons le logement à 4 dont 2 adolescentes, les matelas sont très confortables et beaucoup de rangements, les lieux sont très propres, tout est nickel, une place nous attend juste en bas de l'immeuble, quartier très calme et agréable. Ayant de la famille à Besançon c est le lieu idéal pour nous. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, à vite recommander 👌👌

nette Wohnung, genau richtig für zwei Personen

wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines gepflegten Apartementhauses. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit verschiedenen Geräten gut ausgestattet. Es könnten ein paar Teller und Dessertschalen zusätzlich angeschafft werden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben dank der ruhigen Lage wunderbar geschlafen. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne große Terasse nicht nutzen,da das Wetter zu kalt war. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Fragen war er immer erreichbar. Wir haben einige schöne Tage in Besancon gehabt.

Propriété très bien entretenue ; appartement très agréable avec une belle terrasse. proche centre ville (moins de 10 minutes a pied). Propriétaire à la disposition de ses locataires pour donner quelques bonnes adresses ainsi que les sites a visiter (+ documentation mis à disposition). Je recommande.
