Villa for 6 persons (80 m²) peaceful and without vis-à-vis, located 200 meters from the ocean and near the city center (400 m). It has 2 bedrooms each with a bed 2 persons (180 * 140), 1 dining room with a sofa bed 2 persons (180 * 140) and TV, 1 large bathroom renovated with walk-in shower, 1 kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine ....
It has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Detailed Specifications sent on request by email.
It is available all year, preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

L'emplacement est le principal atout.

Le fait que la salle de bain et les toilettes soient dans l'une des chambres nous a un peu gêné cependant il est possible que nous ne l'ayons pas vu dans le descriptif. La maison est agréable ainsi que l'espace extérieur. Petit bémol sur certains équipements. L'atout principal est de pouvoir tout faire à pied, centre ville, plage. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ, simple et rapide.

Un grand merci pour votre message globalement satisfait de votre séjour à Soulac dans notre villa. La villa est effectivement une maison de vacances dont l’atout principal est la proximité de la plage, du centre-ville et son grand parc ombragé. Il est regrettable que la promiscuité de la salle de bain avec l’une des chambres ait perturbé votre séjour, mais la villa est une petite maison traditionnelle soulacaise construite vers 1950 avec toutes les pièces communicantes entre elles par des portes (avec à l’origine les toilettes à l’extérieur). On peut espérer que sur votre temps de vacances vous avez passé plus de temps à la plage que dans l’anti chambre des toilettes. En ce qui concerne « le petit bémol sur les équipements », pourtant nombreux et variés, il faudrait être plus explicite sachant que la salle de bain et la cuisine ont été récemment rénovées, et il est par ailleurs très regrettable que vous nous n’ayez pas contacté pour remédier au problème sur place.

Jolie petite maison avec jardin agréable

Très belle semaine dans cette maison proche de la plage. Jardin très agréable. Parfaite pour un couple et des enfants. Sympathique accueil des propriétaires.
