Le Nichoir between Landes forest and Armagnac vineyards
Studio type accommodation, 37 m2, with equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, fridge), bathroom with shower and WC, 15 m2 terrace with garden furniture. Double bed, sofa, TV with TNT Sat, no wifi available.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a barn, it is reached by a staircase, a barn located in a shaded Landial airial with a forest environment.
The studio is entirely in raw wood.
Ideal for walks in the forest, on foot, by bike or mountain bike
All shops within 3 kms, in the small town of Roquefort (motorway exit), at the gates of Bas Armagnac renowned for its bastides and vineyards.
Bordeaux is 100 km away (1 hour by motorway), Mont de Marsan 25 minutes, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees are 1 hour 30 minutes, the ocean 1 hour.
Beautiful region to discover for its gastronomy, its varied landscapes and its quality of life.

Beau gîte, tout confort ,pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature (gîte entouré de bois et forêt)...mais petit supermarché a 3km .belles balades aux alentours.base nautique à 25 mn du gîte .Parfait pour ceux qui veulent fuir la foule .
