Charming home in Kennebunkport - 10 minutes walk to Dock Square

Welcome to Kennebunkport! Our comfortable home awaits your vacation dreams. This four bedroom, two bathroom home is a short distance from the center of Kennebunkport and all it's offerings. Our home is located half way between Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise. An open living/kitchen/dining space allows for great entertaining. Home features a first floor bedroom (queen size bed), full bathroom and laundry room. Second floor has small sitting area, full bathroom and three additional bedrooms (three twins and a queen). Outside seating and grill for you enjoyment!

The kitchen is well stocked with coffee maker, microwave and pots and pans. AC units are on both levels of the home and there is a full size washer and dryer. Property is stocked with sheets, towels and beach towels.

Our home is a ten minute walk to downtown Kennebunkport, which has many wonderful restaurants, shops and sites to see. Colony beach is a five minute drive and does not require a beach pass, Goose Rocks Beach is ten minutes by car and you can obtain a beach permit at the store at the beach for summer months and Kennebunk Beach is a five minute drive with metered parking in the summer.

We are forty minutes to Portland, which offers great dining experiences, museums, shopping and ferry to the islands.

COVID-19 Rules and Regulations - We will be cleaning the home to CDC standards and following State of Maine and Federal Guidelines around short term rentals.

We had a fantastic stay at this house- in a great location about 15 minute walk to town with sidewalks the whole way! The house was clean, charming and spacious and Kathy was the perfect host! Can’t wait to come back.

We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and I believe this place was the best. The house is cozy, clean, fully stocked, and beautiful! The location can't be beat: close to downtown but very quiet.

Wonderful Stay with Lovely Hosts

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Kennebunkport. Kathy and Buzzy were amazing hosts and we so enjoyed meeting them. The house is in a perfect location, walkable to Dock Square but tucked away enough to not feel busy. We can't wait to get back there again!

Lovely House

Exceptional property

The house was very clean and the host very accommodating. She put the outside lights on for us when we were out after dark on our first night there. The house was very organized, had everything we needed. The location was superb. We definitely recommend staying at Kathy’s place!

Lovely clean relaxing stay

We had a great time at Kathy’s! The house was very near and clean, well-supplied, and cheery. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and worked really well with two small children. Kathy was exceptionally responsive to any questions and went way beyond to help and make us comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Wonderful house situated walking distance to town (0.8 miles) and an easy bike ride to a sensational beach (4.8 miles). The place couldn’t have been nicer, nor the hosts more welcoming. Me and my whole family had a sensational time.

Amazing place to stay. What a beautiful home in a great area close to downtown. Kathy was amazing and made you feel wlcomed and would make you feel like it was really your home. Hidden Gem in Kennebunkport

Excellent experience staying at this property. Bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, nice touch after flying in from the west coast. Owners were responsive to all our needs. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was excellent and easy walk into town. Had a great dinner at Hurricane's. I will definitely book this property again. Thanks Kathy and Buzzy for a wonderful stay at your home! You do an exceptional job all the way around.

Wonderful stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this charming home! Kathy was so welcoming and attentive. The house had everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail was amazing. It is Immaculate, well-appointed, spacious enough for my husband and I, and another couple...with room to spare! Did I mention that it's beautifully decorated? It is conveniently located near Dock Square, shops, beaches and restaurants, yet tucked away on a tree lined street. We will definitely return! Thank you so much, Kathy!
