Wonderful place!

We had a great time. The place is exactly as advertised; maybe even better. The house was extremely clean. It was well stocked. Great location. We would definitely book it again.

Great Cottage!

The cottage is so cute and was very clean. It had everything we needed with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We had fun sitting around the firepit and there was plenty of wood to use. Don was very responsive to our questions. The location is perfect for the beach and the Port. We had a great vacation and we would stay again!

Surprises gave way to enjoyable stay after all.

Don needs to adjust a few of his listed amenities: No welcoming info with emergency #'s, wi-fi connection info, etc. Inoperable barbeque on deck with mouse nest inside, no hot tub.on premise.

This was our first rental of this house,and never said there s a hottub? This guest did not look at site properly,or would have seen WiFi password and that there’s no HOTUB? As you can see by following review,very satisfied guests,! Sorry you didn’t enjoy-Don

Firepit cover is seriously rusted: needs replacement First floor bedroom mattress needs replacement: too soft.Deck table is too shaky: bolts need tightening?Appreciate new grill.
