Kolea #16E is in the only beachfront complex in the Waikoloa Resort. NO RESORT FEES. Unlike other resorts, Kolea #16 does not charge any resort fees. This property is located on the famous Anaeho'omalu Bay, a 4 minute walk away through the Beach Club.

A large open concept living space is framed by hardwood floors and wood-beamed ceilings, offering a feel of old Hawaii. A comfortable sofa and chaise lounge are positioned perfectly in front of the large flat screen TV and under a ceiling fan.

A glass-topped table for 4 greets you in the dining area, with seating for an additional two at the breakfast bar under stylish pendant lights. An elegant kitchen will tempt the family chef, with beautiful cherry wood cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave and oven and a 5-burner cooktop.

The master bedroom offers a cozy space, punctuated by a king size bed and an occasional chair, perfect for enjoying a few moments of solitude, as you read a few pages in your book or simply enjoy your surroundings. The master bath offers a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and private water closet.

The guest bedroom and bath provide an additional sanctuary, perfect for two couples traveling together or a small family. A convenient stack washer/dryer is also located within your vacation home.

Another big island success

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful time. This was our 4th time staying at the Kolea units and this one in particular was stocked with everything we needed. The only recommendation I would give the owner is that it would be great to have a hard cooler in the storage area of the parking spot. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Perfect stay at Kolea!

The Big Island has our hearts! This property was first class all the way! It was incredibly equipped with absolutely everything we needed! The pool was beautiful and so warm! Walking to A Bay was really beautiful and so convenient! The location was great as it is close by to restaurants and shopping. The views from the property are stunning! Cannot wait to return! Mahalo!

Spectacular Condo across the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our vacation condo at Kolea circle. The unit was exactly as described and was well furnished with modern appliances which made our stay very welcomed. There are a few restaurants nearby and others can be visited by driving a short distance. Kolea offers a nearby beach within walking distance as well as a nearby golf course with 3 x 9 hole layout which you can mix and match. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island.there are a few things that we would suggest however:1) The outdoor table on the Lanai could be larger so that our dinners can be enjoyed outside.2) the 2nd bedroom could be better served by adding a dresser. The existing closet organizers should be replaced.3) there were a few maintenance items that should be addressed. The shower light was burnt out and should have been replaced prior to our arrival. The TV has a line running thru the picture suggesting that it's old and need of replacement.we had an issue on our lanai that could have been dealt with immediately rather than awaiting our 3rd call.

Everything was great we had a wonderful time. One note the place needs newer and more bedding we had to purchase a set of sheets from Costco to get by.
