Beautiful contemporary villa on one level very well equipped with swimming pool (12x6 m) on a landscaped closed ground of 1250 m2. Large south/south-west facing terrace.
Entrance with wardrobes, spacious and friendly lounge / living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds 140; 2 single beds 90), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, storeroom, large garage.
Ideally located in a quiet area, near the pool and the thalassotherapy center, 15 mins by cycle path from the ocean beaches (touristy and wild) and 5 mins walk from all the shops.

Excellent séjour en famille

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans la maison à Claouey. Très belle maison, propre, bien équipée, bien située. La piscine est bien entretenue et nous en avons bien profité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos petits déjeuners sur la terrasse. Propriétaires très discrets. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour, mais très mauvaise relation avec Abritel

Le séjour a été globalement parfait, à l'exception de l'absence d'internet dans la maison et de la mauvaise connexion par le réseau mobile free. Nous souhaitons obtenir une facture de la part d'Abritel qui ne peut-veut pas le faire malgré que ce soit eux qui encaissent l'argent incluant les énormes frais ! Cependant la villa et sa grande piscine étaient très biens, mais les plages côté bassin l'étaient moins. Un très bon souvenir de vacances.
