Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's very close to Texas Woman's University, and a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and the University of North Texas. You can book the entire place for a family gathering (around $275/night) OR just the downstairs (about $110/night) depending on the season. The downstairs includes a bedroom, an office that serves as a bedroom (with the help of a divider), a living space, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The beds downstairs are futons. Whether you book the downstairs only or the entire house, you would be the only guests in the house.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

Stayed at the house by myself for two weeks while traveling for work. Nice clean house and I really liked the neighborhood. The owners didn’t bother me much which I appreciate and the house had plenty of space. Check in was easy. I would stay here again.
