About this property

Stunning Post and Beam Home with the best views in the valley, wheelchair acc.

Beautiful Post and Beam 4 bedroom home, 24 foot vaulted ceilings, huge loft with wet bar, Pool Table, Foosball Table, sitting area, TV, and 2 queen size log beds. The main floor is an open concept design with log accents and stairway to the loft. There are 3 huge bedrooms 2 with walk in closets, and a smaller 4th bedroom with a twin bed. The home is wheelchair accessible with a ramp in the garage that accesses the main floor and any of the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. There is a huge wrap around west facing deck and outdoor living area with hot tub. The views are spectacular! Both lakes are in plain view as well as the entire downtown Penticton. It is a vista from Kaleden to Peachland! Temporary unserviced parking for a RV is available, please contact me to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
The 10 acre property has parking for 10+ vehicles and plenty of room to park your boat, a pond and hiking trails. It is a 12 minute drive to downtown Penticton and all of the fabulous summertime amenities that makes our wonderful town such a vacation destiny.
The property has direct access to public Crown Lands with hundreds of miles of hiking, mountain biking, quading and dirt biking trails. Ride your quad out of the covered parking area directly to local mountain fishing lakes!
This unique executive home is a one of a kind experience with its private country setting so close to downtown. Expect to see the Mule Deer, California Bighorn Sheep and other wildlife in the front yard nearly every morning.
This is the perfect setting for weddings and other celebrations. The lost Moose Lodge is our neighbors and they have further camping and RV sites available. Please be advised that there is a $1500 event surcharge. Also $150 per pet surcharge.
I do reside part time on another portion of the property during the summer.

Amazing property and great host!
This is a gorgeous property set far enough away from Penticton for us to enjoy a feeling of being away from urban noise, yet close enough to pop down and stroll the farmer's market and go wine tasting when we wanted to. The house and views are stunning and we had more than enough space for 6 adults and two kids (8 & 10) to play, relax, and prepare big meals. We could ride to biking trails from the property, or a short drive to hiking trails, and the kids enjoyed just exploring on the property. Kurt was very easy to communicate with and we appreciate his patience answering our questions! Couldn't have asked for a better weekend and we will definitely look out for this property again in the future.

Micha

Everything we were looking for and more!
This property offered us everything our group was looking for, it offers a combination of privacy + proximity to the city, a large but intimate house, and the right amenities to make for a special stay. Kurt is warm and responsive and made the stay just what we were looking for!

Great Getaway for friends & family
We really enjoyed our stay! Kurt was awesome. We’ve been to Penticton several times and enjoyed being able to stay in our own little Oasis. If you’re a cyclist and enjoy finishing your ride with a challenge, the Carmi climb is epic! Nice spot!
