Contemporary villa with swimming pool in a wooded park near Montpellier

This villa of 200m2, built in a wooded park of 3000m2, enjoys a quiet environment 15 minutes from the center of Montpellier. A 9m x 3.5m salt pool welcomes you with its large wooden and stone terraces. A shaded summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha also allow you to benefit from different spaces according to the hours.
The house, designed with quality materials, is carefully decorated.
The house has a separate apartment, overlooking the patio, where you will find a second kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with WC. This apartment has a private entrance but corresponds by a door with the rest of the house. The air-conditioned master suite with a 180 cm bed has a superb view of the swimming pool from the bed or even from the bathtub.
We can add 1 baby bed and 1 extra bed for 1 young child.
You will be between Pic St loup and Montpellier 30 minutes from the beaches.
For a holiday in the sun and in peace not far from sports and nautical activities and the magnificent Herault hinterland.
