Nice week

Nice property, very well located in St-Francois, close to restaurants, grocery store and shops. Pros: -location, location, location -secure site (gated community) -Marina with a lot of restaurants walking distance -nice coffee shop walking distance -pool within the complex -parking for our rental car -beds are comfortable -location price reasonable -the manager was available Cons: -the water in the apartment is not drinkable (need to purchase bottles of water -the furniture inside the apartment could have been more comfortable In summary, I would recommend this location

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Chantal nous a bien accueilli et l appartement était très propre et très bien placé avec toutes les commodités. Par contre dans l annonce les frais supplémentaires à verser à Chantal le jour de l arrivée sont mal positionnés . Ils sont dans service et équipements et tout en bas remarques. Heureusement que les propriétaires nous l ont signalé. Sinon c était parfait

Vraiment parfait!

Appartement très propre et bien agencé dans une résidence bien entretenue avec piscine, à deux pas de la Marina et des commerces. Chantal nous a parfaitement accueilli et nous reviendrons les yeux fermés ! Merci beaucoup !

Génial

Super appartement très bien situé, nickel et très bien équipé. La supérette et la boulangerie sont juste à la barrière de la résidence, très pratique le matin. La marina avec tous ses restaurants et bars se situe à 5 mn à pied. La piscine est exceptionnelle super pour ceux qui ne savent pas nager, aucun danger. Je le recommande les yeux fermés et pour nous à refaire.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un appartement tout confort, très bien situé, avec une superbe piscine! De bons échanges avec la propriétaire et un grand merci à Chantal pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Magnifique !!!!

Je recommande cet propriété sans hésitation. C'est un appartement dans une résidence, géré par une très gentille dame, Hélène. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs à leurs clients, ce qui nous a le plus plu. En entrant sur les lieux, nous avons reçu une gaufrette avec des fruits locaux et une bouteille de rhum (ouate spécifique à l'île de Guadeloupe. En plus de cela, nous avons eu accès à tout ce dont nous avions besoin et à trouver dans la maison (détergent, épices, café, etc.). d'une cuisine très bien équipée et la vue est la piscine de la résidence, une salle de bains et un salon. A l'étage il y a deux chambres (une chambre avec lit double et une avec deux lits simples) et une salle de bains avec douche. new was perdect (famille avec 2 adolescents de 17 ans), mais peut être utilisé jusqu'à 6 personnes, car dans le salon il y a un canapé-lit.La distance de la plage (Le Raisin Blanc) est d'environ 1,6 km, la distance Je l'ai parcouru tous les jours, sans problèmes.Un grand avantage est le positionnement très proche de l'Hyper Casino, de l'Office de Tourisme et du terrain de sport (basket, football) .La distance du port est d'environ 8 minutes, facile à pied. Faites attention à l'eau, toutes les 2 minutes jours, l'eau s'arrête au robinet (c'est un problème de l'île) mais pas que cela affecte beaucoup car dans chaque salle de bain il y a des tambours pour assurer l'urgence jusqu'au lendemain (généralement il s'arrête après 18h00 et revient le second vers 07h00 ). Tout est agréable ici, je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation, même le sac n'est pas sur la plage, l'endroit est génial, et la piscine remplace le défaut par la distance à la mer, car elle peut être utilisée entre 08h00 et 20h00. Merci pour l'hospitalité des hôtes!

The appartment was very convenient and very clean with a nice decoration. The terrace was great.

We spent 10 days in the appartment in Dec2018/Jan 2019. The amenities were appropriate and we found everything we needed. The locationn of the appartment is very convenient close to the shops in StcFrancois, the Tourist office and the Marina. It was also very easy to catch the exit to the highway . We were able to leave the town very quickly with no trafic. The appartment is close by the Marina with many small but nice restaurants . We spent the New year eve in one of those . The house keeper Chantal was very friendly and efficient . As we arrived late evening on December 24 she offered to buy a grocery for us . This was perfect as we arrived around 9 pm and were able to have. A decent Christmas meal. The appartment is well équiped with towels and everything you need for comfortable stay . Ther is also a swimming po which was perfect when the wewater was windy and not convenient for the beach. We enjoyed the place and will recommend to our friends . Great stay !

Nous avons passé trois semaines au Bleu des îles , d'abord en couple et ensuite mon frère est venu nous rejoindre. L'appartement est très bien situé, à distance de marche des commerces, de la marina et de la plage du centre Nautique. Tout les appareils fonctionnent parfaitement, clim etc. Piscine très agréable. Très calme en soirée, le bruit de la marina ne se rend pas. Nuits paisibles. Nous quittons à regret, à l'an prochain!

Spacieux et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé (tout pour la cuisine, jeux, livres, serviettes...). Résidence relativement calme pour sa taille et grande piscine calme aussi (peu de personnes se baignent). Présence de chats (errants?) dans la résidence qui parfois se battent et font du bruit la nuit. Idéalement situé près de l’office du tourisme et de petits commerces, cependant la voiture nous a été indispensable pour aller à la plage et autres. En tout cas, adresse à conseiller.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette location : la résidence est proche de la marina (commerces, restaurants, départs de promenades en bateau), nous avons pu nous passer de voiture pendant une partie du séjour. L'appartement est très agréable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, l'équipement très complet. L'accueil était sympathique et comportait de quoi faire le Ti punch d'arrivée ! Perfect apartment for our family 2 adults and 2 daughters 15 and 18 years old. Large clean pool . All you need in kitchen. Next to supermarket . Walking distance to marina with restaurants and departures to the islands. Cats and dogs in the gardens around the pool area.

Le logement est vraiment parfait ( situation, équipement neuf, décoration, modernité) Nous avons apprécié d'avoir la WIFI dans l'appartement et le grand téléviseur. La Literie est de très bonne qualité. L'ensemble des photos est conforme à la réalité. Bonne localisation calme, proche de toutes commodités ( commerces, golf, marina, activités, restaurants, office du tourisme ... ) et des plages. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème ou nous retournerons sans hésitations au plus vite. Merci à la propriétaire.
