In the heart of the Pays des Châteaux and bicycle circuits, 40 minutes from the Zoo Parc de BEAUVAL, 4Kms from the Parc de CHAMBORD, 2 km from natural swimming and not far from the other Châteaux of the Loire: Blois (15 km) , Cheverny (8 kms), Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, the magnificent region of SOLOGNE,
We rent a cottage of 80 m² with garage, terrace and garden in the countryside. Ideal to receive 6 people with 3 beautiful independent bedrooms. Located near shops, 2 kms: bakery, butcher, Intermarché, medical office, pharmacy ....

On the ground floor, you will find:
- a dining room with living room, sofa bed for 2 people. Flat screen TV.
- an open kitchen fully equipped as new with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, extractor, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer....
- bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
- Separate WC.
- 1 bedroom (double bed of 160) and closet.
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboards..
- WC.

Location au calme

Location très calme sans vis-à-vis avec en face des champs, d'un coté le propriétaire sans vis à vis et de l'autre coté une maison individuelle sans-vis à vis non plus. Aucun bruit environnant, à l'intérieur tout ce qu'il faut aussi bien en ustensiles de cuisine qu'en mobilier et électro-ménagés. Je recommande vivement cette endroit aux personnent désirant passer un séjour au calme avec à environ 2kms tous les commerces.

à recommander trés bon gite

très bon séjour ,bon accueil, gite spacieux très propre ,au calme ,village avec toutes les commodités, supermarché petits commerces ,bien situé autour de nombreux sites touristiques châteaux et proche zoo de Beauval.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons loué en famille ce gîte situé dans le village de Mont-Près-Chambord pour le long we de l'ascension (3 nuits). Nous avons été bien accueilli par la propriétaire des lieux. Le gite est très propre et très fonctionnel avec une chambre double+salon/salle à manger+coin cuisine toute équipée+Sdb+Wc au RDC et deux chambres avec 2 lits simples chacune + WC au 1er. Il y a une petite terrasse avec possibilité de barbecue à l'extérieur. Cette maison n'a pas de grand jardin mais cela est inutile puisqu'en face il y a une aire de pique-nique assez grande et bien aménagée et puis, surtout sa position stratégique très proche du château de Chambord et à quelques Km du château de Cheverny. Il est également non loin du zoo de Beauval (Il faut quand même compter 40 min de route en se fiant au gps et non aux indications jaunes qui rallongent le parcours de 15 min !!!) ainsi que de la magnifique ville de Blois et sa maison de la magie que nous avons visité pour le grand bonheur de nos enfants . Le gîte est également à la sortie du centre du village où l'on peut trouver tout type de commerces (alimentaires/pharmacies/tabac/restaurants/ caves à vin...). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la fraicheur (malgré la canicule du we). A recommander pour explorer la région des châteaux de la Loire (un séjour d'une semaine minimum est nécessaire). Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute. S.O.
