Ideal place for our overnight stay in Rouen. Many bars, restaurants and places of interest very close by. Limited on street parking (payant) outside property or secure underground parking 2 minutes walk away. Easy access to apartment (once you’ve found the key!)

Rouen est une très belle ville. Cet appartement permet de la visiter à pied très aisément. L'appartement est parfait pour une famille de 4. La literie est correcte. La procédure d'arrivée m'a paru un peu complexe car il faut aller chercher la clé dans une boîte accessible dans une rue perpendiculaire via un code qui vous est fourni pr téléphone à votre arrivée.

Localisation très proche du centre-ville. Lit confortable. Appartement très bien isolé : plusieurs degrés sous 0 dehors et la chaleur du chauffage central à l'intérieur ; le bruit du carrefour dehors et une ambiance tranquille à l'intérieur. L'appartement est facile à vivre. Il est d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Equipement sommaire (mais suffisant) et un peu vieillot.

J'ai loué cet appartement pour un mois. Je m'y suis bien plu. Il est fonctionnel avec tous ses nombreux rangements. Il est au cœur du centre historique, donc de tous les musées. Il est proche aussi des quais de Seine pour de jolies balades.
