Appartement bien localisé et confortable

L'appartement est équipé de tout ce qui est nécessaire. Il est fonctionnel, agréable et très bien placé à proximité du vieux marché et des commerces. Le propriétaire est disponible et arrangeant, autant que réactif pour le moindre problème. Merci beaucoup

Localisation très proche du centre-ville. Lit confortable. Appartement très bien isolé : plusieurs degrés sous 0 dehors et la chaleur du chauffage central à l'intérieur ; le bruit du carrefour dehors et une ambiance tranquille à l'intérieur. L'appartement est facile à vivre. Il est d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Equipement sommaire (mais suffisant) et un peu vieillot.
