Unobstructed view of the golf course: on the 2nd and last floor of a small luxury residence, near the beach of Noéveillard, shops, the port and the center.

A quiet comfortable modern apartment with a superb view of the rising ground of the golf course

We really enjoyed our stay here. The furnishings and decorations of the apartment are clean and modern. We slept up to 12 hours a night in this quiet apartment The huge U supermarket is only 3 or 4 minutes by car with lots of choice. Most days we went to nearby seaside villages and walked miles along the shore. Pornic port is relaxed. There is a walkway just above high tide level on the North side of the harbour. We had a good lunch in one of the several yacht harbour restaurants.

Angenehmes Wohnen in ruhiger Umgebung und fußläufig zum Zentrum und zum Einkaufen

Wie ausgemacht habe ich eine Stunde vor der geplanten Ankunft noch einmal kurz angerufen. Nelly war gerade in der Wohnung und wir schon vor Ort. Problemlos möglich schon etwas früher die Wohnung zu beziehen. Ein freundlicher Empfang mit Cidre und bretonischem Gebäck. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit Blick auf den Golfplatz die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Ostseite und zum Parkplatz. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und doch Central gelegen. Wir machen gerne Ausflüge in die Region und dafür ist es perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider haben wir nicht alle Ausflüge machen können da das Wetter im Juni dieses Jahr doch sehr wechselhaft war. Selbst dafür hat sich unsere sehr nette Vermieterin entschuldigt. Sehr gut

Loué durant une petite semaine La localisation de l'appartement est idéale. La vue sur le golf depuis la terrasse est superbe ,l'environnement est calme, avec les commerces assez proches malgré tout Le logement est très bien équipé avec le nécessaire et même plus à disposition . La literie est confortable ,les lits faits à l'arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable. La literie est confortable( matelas moelleux avec un bon soutien),le linge de toilette à disposition etc . Enfin vous ne manquerez de rien . La propriétaire très sympathique est présente à votre arrivée et au départ. Un très bon séjour, une adresse à retenir .

Un beau logement très calme avec vue apaisante sur le golf

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Pornic. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nelly qui s'est montrée très disponible à l'arrivée et au départ. Le logement est fonctionnel et spacieux, la décoration est soignée. Il bénéficie d'une grande terrasse avec vue sur le golf. Le centre est à environ 15 minutes à pied, en passant par un petit raccourci agréable et ombragé qui mène près de la faïencerie. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Pornic nous a beaucoup plu ainsi que l'appartement de Nelly. On y trouve vraiment tout dont on a besoin. Nelly est und personne très agréable et bienveillante. Une plage à 10 minutes de marche et beaucoup d'autres plages magnifiques à Pornic, Saint-Brevin-les-Pins etc., tout près de Pornic. On recommande vivement, merci!

Appartement super équipé et très bien situé. Grand balcon avec vue sur le départ du 8 et fairway du 9. Nely laisse à disposition de nombreuses choses. Super literie. Charmante propriétaire. On pourrait y prendre un abonnement. Partez les yeux fermés.

Un lieu où il fait bon vivre

Cet appartement est très calme et lumineux, tout confort, une décoration soignée et conviviale, un balcon spacieux et bien exposé pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Il est bien situé, à 10mn a pied de la plage et 25 mn à pied du port. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte.
