In a quiet residential area, large 73m2 apartment in the historic center of Apt with secure parking (remote-controlled gate). Located 300m from shops, an intermarket, cultural activities, bus station, Place de la Bouquerie (Bars, Ice-cream parlors, Restaurants, night entertainment…) Fully-equipped kitchen (Self-cleaning oven, hob, microwave, washing machine crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, hood, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, electric barbecue ... Room with a double bed of 160, fan and its dressing room. Living room dining room (Table welcoming 6 people, Sofa, free Wi-Fi, Flat screen and DVD) Double sink bathroom, shower, hair dryer, Washing machine, drying rack, table and iron. Terrace (garden furniture, parasol), garden (2 sun loungers) facing south, not overlooked. Completely renovated, double glazing. Water, electricity and tourist tax included. Sheets, towels (30 €) and end of stay cleaning (60 €) available. Baby cot and high chair available at no extra charge.

Great location - Heaps of Space!

Laurent & Annick are warm & friendly hosts! Great care and attention to detail is seen in the very spacious layout & quality fittings. Things we loved: Parking on site with a security gate! Large back yard with outdoor furniture! King size bed - cotton bed linen! 2 keys! Great appliances! A five minute walk to the old town of Apt! A fabulous location for cycling in the Luberon! Absolutely sparkling clean! Accommodation that is even better than photos suggest!

Superbe gite en provence.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Apt , bien accueillis par les propriétaires sympathiques , disponibles et discrets . Très agréable séjour dans le Luberon

Appartement spacieux, récemment refait, en rez-de jardin, traversant avec fenêtres équipées de moustiquaires et de barreaux. Le parking dans la cour est très sécurisé.La situation, calme, à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville et des commerces est très pratique. Un petit bus gratuit traverse la ville et permet d'accéder à la maison des fruits confis. La localisation permet de rejoindre rapidement les sites d'intérêt de la région.

Ruim appartement (met gratis parkeermogelijkheid) in het centrum van Apt. Terras en tuin naar het zuiden gericht. Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige verhuurders. Op een paar honderd meters van supermarkt, restaurants en cafeetjes. Vertrekpunt voor diverse wandelingen en/of fietstochten.

Wir hatten jetzt zum dritten Mal die Wohnung von Annick und Laurent angemietet. Es war -wie die Jahre zuvor auch- alles super. Die beiden sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nur wenige Minuten bis in die schöne Altstadt Apt. Der Samstagsmarkt in Apt gilt als der schönste Wochenmarkt in der Provence und liegt nur ca. 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Annick und Laurent sind ein sehr sympathisches und aufmerksames Vermieterpaar. Wir haben uns, wie schon im letzten Jahr, in ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sowohl zur Erkundung der Stadt Apt als auch der Umgebung ideal. Wir können das Vermieterpaar und die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Woche in Apt

Wir haben eine ganz großartige Woche in Apt verbracht. Der Ort liegt sehr günstig in der Mitte von Provence und man kann im Umkreis von 50 km sehr, sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen und genießen. Die Wohnung selbst ist für zwei fast zu groß, selbst mit vier Personen hätte man keine Platzangst, nur die Schlafmöglichkeit für weitere zwei Personen fehlt. Komplett renoviert, mit toller Küche, großen Bett, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang im abgeschlossenen Hof, mitten in einer Stadt, aber trotzdem einigermaßen ruhige Lage. Einzige Manko ist der Schimmelgeruch im Wohnzimmer. Es hilft nur wenn man die Fenster ganze Zeit offen lässt, was nicht das Problem wäre - die massiven Schutzgitter und abgeschlossenes Gelände bieten viel Sicherheit. Die Fenster und Terrassentür sind mit verschließbaren Moskitonetze ausgestattet, was auch sehr gut ist. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Preise sind ähnlich wie in Deutschland, egal ob Lebensmittel oder Sprit. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir werden sehr gerne noch mal diese Wohnung nutzen. Vielen Dank für tolle Zeit!

excellente location

location spacieuse, très propre, et très bien aménagée. Rien ne manque. Propriétaires charmants, à l'écoute et en toute discrétion. Bien située, en ville, tout en étant très calme. Bonne localisation pour naviguer dans le Lubéron et ses magnifiques paysages, villages. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Et encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Entspannter Urlaub in Apt

Die recht große und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist gerade in der wärmeren Jahreszeit angenehm kühl, aber dadurch auch nicht ganz so hell. Dafür hat man einen kleinen Garten mit einem Sitzplatz und Liegen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Apt selbst ist gemütlich und nicht sehr vom Tourismus geprägt, der Markt ist beeindruckend. Wir haben uns bei Annick und Laurent sehr wohl gefühlt, sie sind aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ganz herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft
