Villa "Eclat de Mer" is a brand new contemporary villa with private heated pool located at the exit of the seaside resort of Porticcio and 15 km from Ajaccio airport (south side), 7 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Agosta, which allows everyone to enjoy the pool or the sea according to their desires
 
From the terrace and all the living rooms, it has a beautiful sea view. Located on a large fenced in a small subdivision, with the maquis on one side, the villa "Eclat de Mer" offers a place where it is good to relax, while being close to seaside activities or departure hiking and beautiful discoveries of the island of Beauty.

The villa consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining and living room (sofas, TV, DVD, WiFi), three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is a master suite with private shower room. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom (Italian shower, vaque furniture, toilet). A reversible air conditioning is installed in the living room and bedrooms.

In the sun, life is mainly outside, so we favored a very large tiled terrace of 140 m² giving direct access to the pool of 9.00 mx 4.50, depth 1.80 m protected by a roller shutter above ground. Here chairs, table, deckchairs, large umbrella, garden furniture, barbecue, petanque, badminton, beach mats and umbrellas are at your disposal. An electric awning in front of the living room provides shade for meals. On the side a charcoal barbecue is installed as well as a gaming portico. A two car garage is available.

The rates include full services: supply of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, basic household products, end-of-stay cleaning, which allows you to arrive without any other constraint than your personal belongings.

Opposite the beach of Agosta is a whole set of shops: small supermarket, bread, 5 restaurants, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, regional products, CB distributor and at the end of the beach, a water recreation base offers various activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, buoys, etc. In the center of Porticcio, there are many sea and mountain activities, night activities, supermarkets, multiple shops and restaurants, shops, boat rentals, boat trips, boat shuttles to Ajaccio, market, entertainment, etc.
