Located in La Flotte en Ré, this house is located in a residence with heated swimming pool (from mid-April to mid-September) and a playground for children. Close to bike paths, sailing school and village center.

3 bedroom house of 40m2 with a private terrace: a ground floor which includes a beautiful living room with sofa, TV, kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, express machine ...), separate toilet. On the floor a bathroom and 2 rooms of which one with a double bed and one for children.

On arrival you will find a welcome tray.

Parking is available right outside the residence.

WE rate from 90 euros per night (2 nights minimum) except for the months of July and August.

Family fun in il de re

Chic apartment in a great location in il de re. Swimming pool and small park great for the kids and they had lots of freedom. Great base to explore the island. Compact apartment was good for a family of four. No complaints but a bbq and kettle would be a valuable addition. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic holiday apartment

Lovely little holiday apartment in a great location. This is quite a small, compact apartment, but it was absolutely fine for my partner and I and our two children (ages 10 and 7). It was beautifully kept, and very clean and tidy - the photos don't do it justice! The shared pool is great and is just a very short walk away. The apartment is in a great location in La Flotte which is a beautiful village with lots of restaurants and shops - lovely to wander to in the evening for dinner or first thing in the morning to visit the market and get supplies for a day out on the bikes! Annabel's parents met us and they were lovely - we can only apologise for our poor French! Overall we had a fabulous holiday on the Ile de Re cycling between beautiful French villages and beaches and back to a great apartment. Only suggestions for the apartment are to provide towels as it's quite a lot to bring both bathroom towels and beach/pool towels. We also couldn't connect to the wifi as the code was so long and complicated. A bit of information about good places to eat etc would also be beneficial. We were also asked whether we wanted to pay 40 Euros for Annabel's parents to clean the apartment. We declined as I felt that this cost should have been included in the price we paid via Vrbo.

Agreable sejour

Bien situé proche de toutes commodités et du petit port de la flotte. Accueil tres sympathique. On peut laisser sa voiture au parking et faire de longues ballades sur le sentier du littoral ou faire le tour de l ile à vélo.

Séjour sur l'île de Ré en Août 2023

Un séjour idéal pour découvrir l'île de Ré du Sud au Nord. Accueil charmant et convivial des hôtes. Un emplacement bien situé à 10 minutes à pied des commerces de la Flotte, village qui rassemble toutes les commodités : commerces, animations (concert, marché artisanal nocturne) sans oublier le typique glacier La Martinière et son marché quotidien médiéval. Hébergement très pratique et optimisé, permettant d'avoir un extérieur pour déjeuner. Résidence avec piscine très agréable, proche des sentiers côtiers et des différentes pistes cyclables ; vrai plus pour découvrir l'île en vélo. A refaire ces prochaines années !

Très bon séjour. Emplacement proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Piste cyclable juste devant la résidence. Notre plus grande fille a beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Logement disposant de tout le nécessaire.

Half term break in La Flotte

Had a great stay in this little property as a family of 4. It was very clean and modern, the kitchen is small but good quality appliances and kitchen wear. This is maintained throughout the property. The complex is peaceful and relaxing and the pool is fantastic, and very quiet when we stayed. La Flotte is an amazing place to be located on the island, not as busy as St Martin but perfect level of bustle and relaxation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, despite our lack of French language! Couldn’t have hoped for a better holiday, this was our second visit to Ile de Re and even better than our first. We will return….

Très bon séjour

Petite maison dans une résidence de vacances, très bien placée à la Flotte. Très fonctionnelle, il manquait juste l’accès à la buanderie commune qui a priori ne fonctionnait pas. La résidence était très calme et la grande piscine très appréciable. Lits fait à l’arrivée, petit geste des propriétaires dans le frigo, bref un accueil parfait !

Charmante location

Location charmante et fonctionnelle, elle est idéalement située à La Flotte ( au calme, tout en étant à proximité du centre-ville, de la location de vélos et à côté du départ des pistes cyclables pour aller vers St Martin, Bois Plage...). Nous avons apprécié d'avoir accès à la piscine de la résidence ainsi qu'une place de parking privée au sous-terrain de la résidence (car parkings payants aux abords de la résidence). Les hôtes sont charmants, de bon conseil et rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Malgré le fait que la location soit mitoyenne de part et d'autre, c'est très calme et la petite terrasse nous permet de profiter de l'extérieur. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à La Flotte!
